Was really disappointed with subway today! First app wasn't taking my coupon but it took the money outta my account. Second they... did make it right and gave me the sandwich but i was there standing for 15 min the 2 girls working were in the back not evenpaying attention to customers. Finally a man came in, clocked in and helped me but all the bread was burnt, he took it out andbanged it on the counter to show me. So I settled for wheat bread????all the veggies were old and the lettuce and spinach werewilted...nothing was fresh at all...I am sad because I love subway, unfortunately I won't be going to that subway again. Purchased fountain soda with my meal. After purchase, was informed machine had no ice and had apparently been that way for some... time. Was told soda was cold. No lids were available, soda was warm and flat. Would have been great if machine was marked as outof service and I was informed before purchasing soda. Sandwich was good. Read more
Always fresh food . I ordered online and picked up to go. The store is only 1/2 mile away so by the time I got there it was... already being prepared. Really nice woman let me change my sandwich a bit. Delicious as I knew it would be. Great, helpfulemployees. Read more
Not bad. The 2 guys working were polite and attentive although they didn't wear masks which bothered me considering they're... making sandwiches. Store was clean, restroom clean as well. All in all only complaint and it's an issue for me, no masks,gloves or hand washing observed. Read more
Placed an app order for a chicken bacon ranch with provolone cheese and extra ranch but as you can see from the picture... attached, there was no bacon, no cheese, barely any ranch, and almost no chicken. I also ordered a chocolate chip cookie but gota macadamia nut cookie that was basically hard as a rock. My husband had also ordered a steak and cheese and the Italian subboth of which had the same issue mine did so it was mostly vegetables and very little meat. Tried to call store but didn't getthrough to anyone and was not going to waste the gas to go back but this will be last time we ever use this location. Read more
I come into this location pretty frequently as I work next door but today I came in with a mobile order issue (payment was taken... from my card but the confirmation wasn?t going to my email so i could pick up). I explained the issue to the lady at the front(she had an accent) and she simply said she couldn?t help me and that my order probably went to a different store and my moneydidn?t go to ?her store?s bank? so she couldn?t do anything.(WHAT?) I showed her that i chose the correct callaghan location.She disregarded me and went on to the next person-how embarrassing. I get not being tech savvy, but simply disregarding myconcerns/issues as a paying customer is so unprofessional and disrespectful. She really needs a reality check / crash course oncustomer service.
