I went to this location and got the "Tuna". I had them put black olives on the sandwich. I ate one of the olives and it tasted... like is best day was 6 months ago. Told the employee the olives are bad and they said they can't do anything about it. Theyleft the olives on to be given out the others customers. Leaving us to take all the olives off our sandwich ourselves. Whilewe were dining in the restaurant, the employees were behind the counter giving each other the finger. The only thing left outof this nightmare dining experience would be to have Jared show up and start grooming my kid. Avoid this place, the employeesdon't care about the customers and I can only imagine what the food safety is in this place. I should have gone to Jimmy John'sor Jersey Mike's to get a sandwich. If I cud I'd rate 0 rude employees & unprofessional manager. They don't pay attention to what they were doing told em numerous... of times what I wanted and they tried charging me for extra parmesan on my meatball sandwich. I have to advise everyone to not go during night hours. I walked in there with no greeting, so I proceeded to say a simple... hello, to which was completely unanswered as the employee just ignored it. This same person was sitting at a dining booth, withheadphones on her ears, with her feet up on the booth. ZERO professionalism. She finally made her way to the back to take myorder, which was just as horrible as the first impression. ZERO customer service, ZERO motivation or desire to work there, andZERO manners. I was unable to get her name as she was not wearing any type of name tag which I know is the standard procedurefor Subway employees to have at all times as they are serving customers. I gave them a second chance, and went back 4 dayslater just in case. It was more of the same, only this time I ended up getting her partner "Jazmin". While Jazmin wasn't wearingany headphones, her lack of friendliness, professionalism, and initiative is JUST AS HORRIBLE as the other employee. I will notbe coming back to this location during these hours to avoid these personnel. Lastly, there is no excuse why HALF of the storeis closed when there is still almost two hours left on a shift.
