Restaurant was the cleansest I have ever seen it. The ladies working was working hard to help us and we got through the line... fast. We sat and ate because the place was welcoming and clean. Looked like the franchise owners were visiting today. It was a model of inefficiency, poor service, and disorganization. I've... had better service and finished product on a day where there was only one person on duty (which is most of the time). Definitelya bad day there! Read more

My son and I arrived to this particular Subway last night on December 18, 2021 and we ordered $28.11 worth of food (including... tax). When I went to pay with my debit card, I inadvertently hit the customization button to add a $2.00 tip but instead Imistakenly applied a $28.11 tip and the transaction went through. I explained to the worker Sabrina that it was a mistake and Ionly intended to give her a $2 dollar tip and not a $28.11 tip. Sabrina was very nice and replied that she could not give me thedifference from the tip back. She instructed me to arrive in the morning because the manager would be on duty and could adjustmy tip. The next day I called this same store and spoke with Tina. Tina informed me that the manager would not be in untilthis coming Tuesday. Tina also advised that couldn?t provide me with my tip adjustment. If the owner or manager is readingthis, please make arrangements to pay me a refund of $26.11. Once again, it was my intent to provide Sabrina with a $2 dollartip and not a $28.11 tip. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter. My receipt, name and contact informationwas left at your store. I personally feel that I?m getting the ?run around.? I have always supported this store and isrespectfully requesting that we can get situation rectified in a likewise manner. Thanks Jerome Read more
