That was Nov 14 unprofessional customer service, wasting the customer time, all the workers acting like put small amount of meat... all kinds of sandwiches with no reason. The management of this place have to be change . Or just close it we don?t need a suchplace. Read more

What happened to the all the meat on the cold cut combo. The lettuce was brown the onions what few there were were all in on... spot and there were black olives which I didn't order. The lays chips were the best part. Clean up your act!! Read more

Horrible experience, poor service and poorly prepared food. The wait to order was way too long for the service that came with... it. The order was incorrectly prepared, and was substandard to put it nicely. Sloppy and rushed. I wouldn't recommend goingthere, definitely avoid the drive through. Read more

Went there yesterday to order a sandwich and 2 very young girls were working. Super slow, place was FILTHY DIRTY, a homeless man... came in and his poor puppy urinated all over the floor whilst the young girls watched and laughed. The homeless man wiped up theurine with napkins then proceeded to get his poor animals dog bowl and fill it with ice/ water from the drink/ice dispenser withurine soaked hands. I was already grossed out with how FILTHY DIRTY and FLY RIDDEN the place was and that was the cherry on top.THEY DIDN'T EVEN MOP THE FLOOR. Will never go back there again. Employees seem miserable to be there. No smile No "thank you"...person who seems to be the mgr looks unhappy too. Good attitude... starts with management. Come on Subway, spend all that money on advertising and then don't focus on customer service ??????? Read more

This location is trash. The staff is rude and slow. Today was my last attempt to do business at this location. I went through... the drive-thru today about 700pm. There was no-one in front of or behind me in line. I was asked to wait to say my order andsat in silence for 5 minutes. Once I started to finally say my order I was asked to repeat my first sandwich order not once, not twice, but FOUR times. I didn't even get to say the other 3 sandwiches i was there for because the girls on the other endwere giggling at me having to repeat myself even though by the 4th attempt I was near yelling. I drove off and went to thenearby Bitters location where the gentlemen there were very kind and had great customer service skills. I'll be driving theextra miles to avoid the Thousand Oaks location at all costs. Read more

This Subway has recently been remodeled. It is very sleek and very modern. The chip rack doesn?t look like a rickety grocery... store shelf; it is a sophisticated island by the sandwich making station. The tables are very aesthetically pleasing. The storedecor made say ?wow? out loud. I had a mobile order that was fresh and ready for me when I walked in the door. The staff wasextremely courteous and helpful. I am planning on returning to this location in lieu of the one I normally go to solely becauseof how nice it looks and how great my experience was. Read more
