I walked into this store to get a breakfast sandwich. Instead of them saying hello, the first thing I hear is, "We just turned... our ovens on, and they won't be ready for fifteen to twenty minutes. You can wait or get a cold sandwich." It was almost 9:30 amand they'd been open for almost thirty minutes and they just turned on the ovens!? Shouldn't they be on before the store opensso their ready when you actually do open? I shouldn't have to waste time and gas going some place that is ready to serve theircustomers just because you aren't ready to serve yours. Read more

This was a steak and cheese melt. I called to let the manager know that my sandwich did not have cheese and it was not toasted.... He sent me a recorded surveillance of the girl making the sandwich claiming she?s putting cheese. Where the hick is the cheese Igot tones of mayonnaise no cheese. Cheese totally disappeared.
