Absolutely insane how long it takes to receive subs at this subway. Took 20+ minutes to receive 4 subs that were ordered on the... app (toppings are listed on a paper for ease of preparation which did not seem to help in the slightest). Footlongs were smalland lacked fillings. My chicken bacon ranch came without ranch (it?s literally in the name????). Workers hide in the back untilthey get backed up on orders. Super slow service. Worst subway order I?ve ever had. Saw someone storm out while there since theyweren?t acknowledged for 5+ minutes (because they were slowly working on the online orders). Henry ford did not popularize theassembly line for it to take 20 minutes to make sandwiches. Absolutely foul. Read more
Justin is a horrible associate. With his nasty attitude continuesly. Poor customer service. Very bad attitude and is rude and... obnoxious. Will not eat there again. Read more
Justin is rude and should be in a different industry. I've been in there 3 times and always been very nice. Always tipped him.... He had a bad day yesterday apparently, I could tell and asked him if he was ok. That set him off. He had a bad day and took itout on me. Was yelling at me in front of other customers. Avoid this place. If you walk in and Justin is there, go to the nextstore. Or don't talk to him at all. Bad experience and I never leave bad reviews. Read more
Great subs! Friendly staff, building is in great shape, very clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking!
Worst subway I've ever been to. Period. The manager Justin was rude and had zero customer service skills. The place was a mess... and he spoke to everyone very rudely. Don't recommend this place at all. 1000% terrible. Read more
My husband and i were absolutely impressed with the employees at this location. These ladies working today during lunchtime were... cranking out sandwiches like no tomorrow. Tons of people and we barely had to wait! Great job ladies! Read more
This location serves a very busy lunch crowd and does so very efficiently. Despite this, there are still long lines, so get... there early. The staff is very helpful and normally make your sandwich quickly and just the way you request. The restaurant isalways immaculate and well maintained. I have always come away very happy with the service and food. I highly recommend forlunch. Read more
