I love subway but my subway guy was so rude. I went there at around 7:50 on a Wednesday. He was literally stumping and putting... everything down hard like he was so bothered to make every movement. Walked in after work around 7pm. Guy that works here Caucasian, was smoking a cigarette outside before I walked in, wearing a... basketball jersey , he came back in and started slamming lids and other things behind the counter, he had a real bad attitude and didn't even apologize for his behavior. I?ve been here before and had some great/friendly encounters with the staff. Although they are understaffed and overworked, I?m... always patient and understanding. Unfortunately, today was one of the worst customer experiences I?ve ever had overall. I walkedin at 7pm behind a couple of others that were already in the store. I overheard the employee talking to another customer abouthim closing after me (last person in line). I asked if he was closed, prepared to leave if he was. He said I would be the lastperson he would help before he closes. The store is supposed to close at 9pm but he was closing two hours before to ?do somestuff?? That was besides the point. Not only was he rude but he was aggressively throwing my sandwich together and slamming thetoaster oven shut. He was clearly upset that he was working, understandably so. But why take it out on a customer? Finally, at7:30pm he made my sandwich. As I was grabbing my drink, he shut off all the lights and was fiddling with his keys in order tomake me leave faster. I felt extremely uncomfortable being in a dark room alone with a man who is clearly agitated. Extremelyunprofessional and uncalled for. Then as I was walking out, I called my boyfriend because I felt uncomfortable. The employeeassumed I was talking to him and aggressively opened the door and said ?what did you say?!?!? as if he was willing toargue/fight with me????? Unbelievable. Would never go here again.
