Terrible service. when I walked in, there were 2 people already in line ordering food. I decided to take this opportunity to use... the restroom and wash my hands before eating. I was immediately yelled at across the store that I wouldn't be allowed in thereuntil I purchased something. Even after standing in line and making a purchase, I still was not given the secret door code. Thestaff rolled their eyes and asked me to leave. Went to subway about 8pm Friday Dec 3, 21 an the employees were so nice to and happy and smiling made me feel so welcome. got... myself BLT Melt, & bag Jalapeno chip, and it was made perfect, or as i call it made with love. thank you guys P.S it was veryclean Read more
Not a good experience. I had a coupon for buy one footlong and receive one free. He would not accept my coupon since I ordered... the All Amer. Club and the turkey Cali. I wound up paying $21.63. Since those were new items the coupon could not be used. Iwish we could have worked something out. I didn't know nor did the coupon state that. Anyway lesson learned. Normally I tip atleast 30% but sadly I was irate that I didn't leave a tip. Read more
There was one young lady working when I went in. There was a little line but not bad. The young lady was fast and very... hospitable. The restaurant was clean and in good order. My order was made perfect and I enjoyed my meal. Great location and I'llbe back there soon. Read more
I didnt feel comfortable in the area . Next time I will go to the Subway in my area Not to mention they were real cheap with... the veggie like people were waiting in line going out the door I was the only customer from the 9 or 10 minutes I was there. I went it today at 5pm. Only one girl was up front. Honestly wasn't busy problem was she had zero skill making sandwiches, which... shouldn't even require that much skill. I wasted $15 because she couldn't handle a turkey sub or a Chipotle wrap. Neither wastoasted properly. The wrap basically fell apart because it wasn't wrapped properly. The sub was soft even though she supposedlytoasted it. I watched her make both but couldn't tell how poorly they were made until I got them home, which was only 5 minutesaway. I?ve eaten at subway a lot over the years and I have never been treated with so much respect as I have tonight the employee was... beyond polite and made my service enjoyable. It?s Wednesday at 10pm on October 10,2018 so whoever was working tonight was beyondamazing and did a good job. Subway near my home closed on Bandera. Found another and tried the new one Mexican sandwich. Very good. New place for me.
