The last time I was here was in December, I wasn't sure if they was short staff or not but there was a line and there was only... one person who's making the sandwiches. Almost everyone wanted a footlong and I did too but I decided to get a 6 inch sandwichinstead because I wanted to be easy on her she was a older lady. She took her time, which made me wait longer, one guy just leftbecause she was moving kind of slow. I waited because I wasn't in a rush, so after I gotten my sandwich and paid for everythingI went to get my chip, I pick one chip up but I saw another chip that I wanted so I pick that one instead and the first chip Ipicked up I put it back. I was about to exit the store and this lady stop me and ask me if I took two bag of chips..I was "no Itook one" in my mind I was like "are you serious?"I realized I was the only black person in there, and accused me of stealing Iwanted to say that "NOT ALL BlACK PEOPLE STEAL" I storm out of there, I was so offended and angry but I thought it wasn't worthit start a argument with the lady. Lady helping me was nice. Manager behind her was in her phone trying to get something delivered while other people stood on line... waiting. Spinach on sandwich was wilted & gross. Cucumbers tasted off, one that was in the bucket had freezer burn. Ill drivefarther to other location from now on. Read more
Don't know what happened or where all the great service went but what an awful change. I used to love the convince of being in... and out for my short lunch break. Not only do they offer bad, slow service, but the quality of the sandwich wasn't what it usedto be. Bring back the lovely girls and get rid of that rude red head woman and I'll give it 5 stars. Of all subways I have not been to a better one then this one I can say this is by far the best subway ever. The employees are so... nice and welcome you with great big smiles and a friendly hello. With fast pace on making the sandwiches to my liking and neverhad a problem with it . Also have to say this place is so clean especially the bathrooms they know how to satisfy therecustomers with great hygiene...I can say that I will be returning to this one way more...THANK YOU FOR UR GREAT SERVICE Read more
I ordered 2 6inch subs for both my son & I. As I ate it I could taste onion in it & there wasn't onion in it. I did however... notice that the girl who put the greens in it didn't change out her gloves. I called to complain to management & she wouldn'ttake responsibility for her employees wrong doing. I've never been to a Subway where the employees don't change the glovesbefore making the next sub. That's the only explanation I would have for tasting onion in a sub that should've only had lettucetomato cucumber & pickles. I didn't enjoy my food & the easy fix to throw off the extras put in it made my sub something Icould've easily & readily made @ home. This establishment needs better management & better employees who know to change outtheir gloves as to not contaminate the next customers food. Manager sucked and really shouldn't deal with customers since shehad poor customer service. Any other place would willingly offer a solution to the issue & not say the customer was wrong. Me and my boyfriend came here and found the service to be very disrespectful. We saw a couple with kids and they were screaming... all over the restaurant throwing the wet floor sign making loud noises grabbing and pulling on my boyfriends chair. Andanother kid was stomping on the tables which is completely unsanitary. We immediately told an employee about the ruckus goingon in the restaurant. And She told us that it was the manager and her KIDS doing all the damage. That is no way to take careof a restaurant especially if YOUR A MANAGER . It was horrible eating here. Its stupid.
