1st of all they do not accept Subway coupons at this location. Prices are not what is reflected on menu. They always get the... wrong cookies and always put the sauce on the wrong half of the sandwich. The older brown man doesn't seem to be over workedyet lacks manners. Read more
Food was good but no masks anywhere in site (neither patrons nor employees). Made me uncomfortable especially since the... employee was just coming back from a cold. I come here occasionally when on this side of town. This subway is conveniently located and easy to get to no matter the... direction you are coming from. The store itself was on the smaller side but not crowded or crammed. The restrooms were clean.The staff was able to make my sandwiches without issues. Read more
Worst service ever. My family and I are here now and the girl working is alone. She says she's new. Not her fault. She got our... order right but charged us wrong. Then said she's new so she doesn't know how to give refunds. Then she walked to the back andignored. Not even an apology. She refused to call any form of management. The is a clerk from India that is very nasty. She insists on overcharging me each visit. I'm assuming she does this to others... whom aren't paying attention. On yesterday I ordered the $6 meal and tax is less than.60 cent. She insists on me paying $7.52.Today once again she rudely tell me to pay $6.25 for the $6.00 meal plus .77 cent tax for the meal. It?s hard to get if you travel north on military need to do turn around at light or go through McDs parking lot. Entered and was... not greeted, nor asked to wait while one staff finished a mobile order. Waited a bit and finally staff asked other staff memberto attend me. Order flat bread and all ok, but when cheeses only two portions of fresh mozzarella for extra charge. Afteranother sandwich ordered for later all for $20. Everything has gone up.
