We placed an online order for two foot-longs last night for dinner. We selected vegetables that included: lettuce, spinach,... tomatoes, pickles, green peppers and a few other vegetables. They did not fill maximum vegetables that we requested in the app.We selected pepper jack cheese which they also failed to add. Both the breads were also very dry. Due to the absence of thecustomer during the preparation of the subs, the sub builder made them in his/her own way. This was the worst experience ever! Read more

The 2 female workers working tonight were AWFUL when me and my husband walked in 1 employee (black hair with some green-ish... color in it) and the 2nd employee (a natural redhead) were complaining even while other customers were in the store beforeus. The 1st employee got 2 sandwich papers out but when I told her it was only 1 sandwich she rolled her eyes sighed whilecrumbling the paper up and throwing it away. Also instead of asking what can I get you or whatever she just stared at me likeshe didn?t know how to do her job. Employee so rude she most be new, I was there 7/1/22 afternoon I feel sorry for who owns this location whit employees like this... you are loosing costumers also I think she was talking to someone on her Bluetooth maybe that's why she got upset notprofessional not polite simply she didn't care! Went in to this location last night and as soon as we get in, a female employee had a bad attitude. She made us wait a while and... didn?t even greet us when she came to the counter. I?m not familiar with the menu but she assumed I knew what I wanted andseemed annoyed because I didn?t know the breads or the kids meal. It honestly made me and my family upset. I ordered two subs on the mobile app one of which was correct and the other was not. I called and told the manager Chris I?d... bring them in and he called me a liar and offered me 3 cookies before hanging up in my face. I didn?t want a free meal I simplywanted my subs corrected.
