I've NEVER been to a food establishment this FILTHY......Windows, Glass Covering The Food, Tables, Drink Station, Floors, Back... Kitchen Sink Area, Counter Tops F I L T H Y . No Fresh Veggies or Fresh Meats , everything looked like it had been out sincethey opened!!! I?m not being dramatic, they could have KILLED my mother and they didn?t care one bit about it. I ordered food here because my... elderly mother with diabetes needed to eat something quickly or she would have gotten sick. I ordered in the app, and Ispecifically requested dine-in since my mother cannot hold food steady in a car. Upon arrival, I collected my food and was toldwe couldn?t eat there because there was only one person working. No one told me this beforehand. Moreover, the store wasliterally empty. The lady working the counter was not doing anything?not even cleaning the dirty floors or drink area. At thispoint, time was of the essence, so I thought we could get a sugary drink to help my Moms low blood sugar; the drink fountain wasdown. I was asked to choose a bottled drink from the fridge instead. That tided her over until we got home, but the bread wasstale and the tuna had an odd taste to it. Just go to another Subway nearby. There was an entitled customer today. He didn't read the 3 signs that he had passed; stating store policy ; prior to his... corporate threat. Derek however, handled the situation well; trying to work with the customer before the male-Karen halted hissandwich over the counter and stormed off. This location always provides great service, there can however be an influx ofcustomers around 11:30; due to the AACOG training academy a block away. Read more
Great location and always a helpful and friendly staff. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the OPEN sign is never... on. Or the SUBWAY sign.
