My younger brother (who is very polite and works food service) was heavily disrespected by the staff. I?m not one to complain.... We get it, we work too, but getting angry and telling someone flat out ?no? when they ask for something or saying ?why didn?tyou tell me earlier?? When someone goes to order a second sandwich is disrespectful. Staff needs an attitude adjustment. Read more
Had a 'Karen' in front of me. I think the staff handled it very well. Great food and staff
First off the the counter where the sandwiches are being made was dirty. The veggies looked old. And there were 3 employees and... it was not busy. I order the sandwich and while the employee was wrapping the sandwich he almost drops the sandwich and theemployees just laugh. When I get home sandwich was wrapped poorly and the toppings were coming out. Then there was some brownsauce or something on the wrapper. This is not the first time I have had poor service. Family owned and not a franchise location they higher the prices and don?t honor coupons. Stay away
The only 2 employees in the store both said they were new employees. Didn?t know how to honor my coupon. Steak sandwich hardly... had any meat. The foot long bag felt like light like a bag of chips . One employee was more concerned with eating her ownsandwich than finishing my order . How does this franchise make money .?? Read more
Would give zero stars if that were an option. Ordered a veggie sub and what I was given was ridiculous, not to mention they put... wilted spinach on the sandwich. I understand businesses are hurting, but this is not ok. Read more
Great food and was made very nice compared to other Subways. Only downside was how slow the employees were. There was 2... customers ahead of me and it took 20 minutes before it was my turn. The line was fairly long (6-7 total) but they did not seemto mind and continued to be very sluggish. Read more
NOBODY likes their job. They seem so miserable and lqck of emotions. Sandwich looked the same, jus miserable ????
