My younger brother (who is very polite and works food service) was heavily disrespected by the staff. I?m not one to complain.... We get it, we work too, but getting angry and telling someone flat out ?no? when they ask for something or saying ?why didn?tyou tell me earlier?? Had a 'Karen' in front of me. I think the staff handled it very well. Great food and staff
First off the the counter where the sandwiches are being made was dirty. The veggies looked old. And there were 3 employees and... it was not busy. I order the sandwich and while the employee was wrapping the sandwich he almost drops the sandwich and theemployees just laugh. When I get home sandwich was wrapped poorly and the toppings were coming out. Then there was some brownsauce or something on the wrapper. This is not the first time I have had poor service.
