Fresh food. I just wish servers would be more attentive, say hi or thank you should not hurt anyone.
Yesterday morning I stopped by this location at 8:40 am to get a sandwich for my daughters lunch. The staff was extremely... unfriendly and they started talking to each other in a foreign language. I find this behavior rude as their body languagesuggested they were talking about me. I paid for the sandwich and left. Due to the convenience of this location and it?s closeproximity to my daughter?s school, my daughter convinced me to stop by again on our way to school this morning to get her asandwich for lunch. We walked in (the door was open). The man inside rudely told us that they were closed and did not openuntil 9 am. His tone was inappropriate. If you aren?t open, lock your door. This location is severely lacking in customerservice and due to the way that we were treated and spoken to, we will NOT be going back ever again. Read more
This is my closest store and normally the service is great, but today I went in, was the only person in the store and the young... guy behind the counter was so busy sprinkling cheese on unbaked bread that he didn't even bother to look up. I guess I wassupposed to stand there and wait until he was good and ready to serve me. There are hundreds of Subway stores. I just left andwent to another one. That kind of lack of service is not acceptable. Just rude. Read more
It?s a very clean restaurant and my food is always good, but the older gentleman working there is so rude!! He has completely... turned me away from this location!!! My sister came to visit me at work and she wanted to eat there. She asked for a salad andhe just looked at her and made hand gestures (we later realized he was saying 6in or footlong with these exaggerated and rudemovements) so again she said I?ll have a salad please to which he made the very rude hand gestures again, so I stepped in and Isaid she wants a S-A-L-A-D not a S-A-N-D-W-I-C-H. He said ok and asked her what kind she wanted, she asked for ham andpepperoni and he rolled his eyes and said that?s not a sandwich and she said I understand that but can I get a salad with justham and pepperoni he rolled his eyes made it super dramatic and then when we went to check out he tried to charge her for extrameat!! My family, neighbors, and I have been going to this Subway on Hausmann Rd since it opened. The original female staff was... outstanding, friendly and offered great customer service. Now they only have one of the original females left and a grumpy manwho doesn't seem to like his job or the customers. He frowns disapprovingly if I ask for something other than what is standard.I come back here only out of loyalty to female because she works hard and gives her everything to keep customers in thislocation coming. The day she leaves I will no longer return. ---Unless they hire more people like her who take care of theircustomers, take pride in their job, and make this Subway stand out from the rest.
