Some great service here. I showed up an less than an hour before closing. They saw they over cooked the pizza and made another... one for my daughter. Pretty great service. Nothing beats nice customer service. Hagen, Stephanie, and Jaden are amazing. Read more
The lady working there was so rude and totally got my order wrong. Specifically, the lady working today 4/25 @ around 445pm. My... husband and son picked up the order and ordered a specific sandwich for me. She gave us a totally different one. To make thingsworse, she was speaking rudely to them and rolling her eyes when they asked for ALL the veggies. It was a VEGGIE SANDWICH!!Never again at that Subway. If you don't like doing orders or get annoyed by people placing the order, work somewhere else thatdoesn't involve customer service!! She needs a better attitude! Read more
I went in today, and the two workers that I saw were very polite, the one that had a green ribbon in her hair (Leslie i think... her name was?) Made my sandwich and recommended me different seasonings, and it was incredible. Will definitely be comingback! Very bad experience overall. The sandwiches were gross and made very sloppy and were drenched in sauce. The tomatoes were old a... mushy. The workers didn?t listen or care about what was said for what was in the sandwich?s. We won?t be coming back to thissubway. Read more
Terrible experience. I think I just have horrible luck with Subway as a brand these days. Both subways I have gone to in the... last month had the same experience. I get in line for pickup while allowing additional time from the pick up time shown in theapp (ordered ahead) only to be left waiting until the finish with the actual line and then they FINALLY ask if I came for a pickup order. What is even the point of ordering ahead? They definitely could have asked me between the 3 people working and somehaving downtime. Unacceptable. Terrible experience. Read more
