The establishment has an A/100 score on the wall, but it means nothing when the customer service is atrocious. The girl working... today (her name is Summer) was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She responded to questions with "what" and had a sourattitude the entire time. I did not mind waiting for my sandwich, but it sat on the counter for about 4 minutes while shestacked orders rather than completing the first ones first. If the fly that was around had landed on it I would've canceled theorder. Such a negative vibe to the whole place because of her, it sucks, and it reflects in the food she prepares, which I hadto actually cleanse with sage at home before consuming it. That's how bad she was. Won't be returning here. Hopefully managementmakes a decision to remove Summer because she lacks basic customer service skills (or just doesn't care to apply them) and isaffecting business according to all these other reviews. Don't bring your money here. You're better off giving it to a differentlocation. Read more

At 09/18/22 at 11:30am I greet her with a good morning! Unlike her So I always go in and get my kids mini subs tuna and a young... girl here working all by herself with no name tag tells me that it is a mini AND in fact she charged me for (3)6-in sub I alsoordered a 6inch meatball sub subs only. When I told her repeatedly I want minis so I will be back to speak with the managerregardless whether they're short-staffed or not she should be able to charge me for mini kids meal subs then then she sits thereand puts dine in on the receipt which we wanted to dine in but all the chairs are up and it says dine in is closed sign writtenon wall, very rude, lying to my face service. Decent subway. Sometimes runs out of veggies and depending on the worker behind the counter, they might be a little hesitant to... open a new pack when it?s close to closing time. Also there is only usually one worker working at night which increases waittime. Had to wait almost half an hour before getting my sandwich because of the line. It?s not the workers fault it?s justheavily short staffed at times. Been here several times and this is an issue I have seen many times over. Read more

It was okay. Nothing special. And of course they didn't have the specials that some of the other subways do. You would think it... is a franchise so all subways should be alike. It used to be that way many years ago but not anymore. Seems Subway's can dowhatever they want. I can go to one Subway and get lots of meat and fluffy fat bread and I go to another one and I get flatbread and very little meat. And by flat bread I mean they push down on it when they open it up so that it's not fluffy and softanymore. Read more

Was so happy to finally find a subway that had broccoli and cheese soup just for it to look this dark... The older lady with... white hair was coughing over orders, my husband ordered a chicken sandwich asked for double meat to be told she can't give himmore meat because it wouldn't fit.. just for his chicken to be cold still after toasted!!! we were charged for an extra cup justto be told the only way to fix the error was to void the check and redo my whole meal but didn't know what else to do because Ididn't have enough in my account to get recharged.
