*Update* My last review of this place was about 3 yrs ago. The world has been turned upside down since then. I texted my... Partner to see if they wanted Subway for dinner and they went to the Valley Hi location on their way home. We've seencommercials for their refresh and nope. Maybe it was a bad day or whatever who knows? I ordered a footlong un toasted turkeysandwich and the toppings were wilted and soggy. (Tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, onion & spinach) The bread was stale. This wasaround 6:00 p.m. so maybe that had something to do with it? I asked for mustard on the sandwich and they put it in between theingredients not on the bread. Is this a new trend I don't know about? I worked in a deli for over 12 years and I always put thecondiments on the bread unless requested otherwise which it never was. Partner had the cold cut combo toasted. They liked theirsandwich but all it had was meat and cheese at their request. Don't get me wrong the sandwich looks good but the taste was not.If in the area, sometimes we'd come here and the sandwiches would be okay. I guess I'll give it a couple more tries to see ifthis experience was a one-off or if that's just the way it is now. Staff was friendly enough and got orders right but had avalid coupon and cashier claims not to have seen it and was charged full price. They said there was no to apply the discountafterwards. She said they'll honor it next time even if the coupon is expired. Read more
The guy in there is super rude he charge me for my sprite that didn't come from there store they don't even have the same bottle... I told him he like I heard u the first time slammed my money on the counter seem like someone having a bad day check youremployees they need to be more professional to black people I didn't pay in cash I used card he is rude get rid of him this notthe first time he has done this I'm ever going back to this subway it's plenty other ones Read more
By far the WORST Subway I have ever been to. I thought being so close to the base would expect it to have great customer... service. The lady would change her gloves after touching money but i noticed after she took money she used those dirty gloves toclear the cuttting area with vegtables on it and then changed her gloves gross!! Waited 30 minutes in line because she was theony one behind the counter but instead of helping the people in front of her she made us wat for her to make her to go orderfirst like seriously. Overall dont go here unless you have an hour to spear I will NEVER come back here !! Read more
I only go to this Subway on Valley Hi. The lady behind the counter has been there quite a few years and she makes a good... sandwich not only that she's very clean changes her gloves as she works she's great thank you for dinner. I will have to ask herher name Read more
Tried repeatedly to place an online order to take advantage of the advertised special but kept getting dropped by both the app... and online ordering features. Tried calling but no one would ever answer the phone. Went to the subway and ordered only to betold that he wouldn't go honor advertised specials because we didn't order online. He then came back out and laughed sayingthat his computer system had been offline. Sandwiches and service a TOTAL ripoff NEVER going to this dump again and I suredon't recommend it to anyone. Great food here, but not understanding why there is only one employee working during peak dinner hours??? I was here a couple... days ago and same situation, took me a half hour to get my sandwich when there was only a few people ahead of me. Do better! Read more
