We found this place by accident after making a wrong turn and we are SO GLAD we did!!!!! First of all, the staff was so... friendly! The guy taking orders saw us staring at the menu board and asked if we needed help so we said it was our first timein and he said come here and I can help you decide which he did! My husband got the Turkey club and I got the Roast BeefHorseradish sandwich and that may have been the best sandwich I have ever had! Everything was fresh, the bread was perfect andwe loved everything about it! I wish our hometown had The Station Cafe because we would be regulars for sure! Try this placeout because you won?t be disappointed! Read more

Nice, cozy and laid back. Unique menu of sandwich items on their homemade bun. Order " easy" on the sauce/condiments so you... can actually taste the rest of ingredients. I wish they would have put more veggies on also. Too much sauce and not enoughveggies, especially the hot peppers. The peppers are actually peppers an d not a sauce. The sandwich was delicious, nicelysized, and like I mentioned, they even offer Habaneros and Ghost Peppers! (For all you REAL PEPPER BELLIES out there....) Itwas my first time here, and I'm glad I decided on lunch here. Hours are limited, so call first, is my advice. The pricing wasreasonable $-$$ also. This place is very Urban and Cool, nestled right inside King William district, which by itself issomething uniquely splendid to behold. I had today the "Habanero Roast Beef" with a cold "Chai Tea". Come and visit the nicefolks here, where they actually bring your food to you. You'll be glad you did. I am. - Mark Q. Read more

Ordered the jalapeño cilantro turkey sandwich and corn chowder soup. Both were amazing. Service was quick.

Hadn't been in over three years and this place didn't miss a beat. Friendly service as always. Got the Southwest Corn Chowder... and Station Reubenation. The turkey pastrami was so flavorful. I don't know what's in the sauce, but it's so good. Man, I'vemissed this place. Read more

awesome & eclectically decorated southtown deli shoppe with sandwiches that are the star of the show & excellent supporting... characters in soups/salads. i tried the jalapeño turkey BLT that had a delectably spicy mayo that added a nice kick. also hadthe poblano queso soup that was nice, with my only critique being that it was a lil watery & needed more cheese and some garlicsalt & pepper. still overall a great lunch in the king william southtown area! check out their bar next door Read more

Not sure what happened to my original post, but I have time to post again. Wife had the station which she liked. I had the... meatball, which I always tend to be optimistic when I order from a new place, but once you?ve had one meatball sub you?ve hadthem all. Overall sub was was ok. Now for the soup? if you see that little speck on the spoon? that?s actually chicken. The onlypiece of chicken I received in my chicken and vegetables soup. If I were to provide some input, I?d say maybe rename yourWednesday soup to ?Vegetable with a speck of chicken? soup. Place was clean and liked the location. Read more

Hadn't been here in about 4 years but it tasted just as great as I remember it. Pizza was hot and fresh!!! Crust was crisp just... the way I like it. Staff was nice. It was pretty busy at lunchtime but the line went fast and very minimal wait for food. Youcan order and pay from your table or call ahead. I won't wait 4 years before coming again. Read more

Excuse me, who told ya'll to close at 4 pm and leave me without dinner tonight. This is hands down THE BEST sandwich I have ever... had in my life and the best thing I have eaten in San Antonio so far. The bread is amazing. I got the Turkey Pastrami, thinkingthe horseradish sauce would not be to my liking and got it on the side, with a side of mayo but I swear by this sauce. I evenneeded extra. The soft drink selection was small and the pasta salad was forgetful but the sandwiches are to die for. I hope Ihave time to get one before I leave, or just move to Dallas and I'll be a faithful regular for life. The pizza is good too buttrust me get two different sandwiches and experience heaven. Bought one sandwich with pasta salad and a drink ($2.25) (soldseparately I am afraid) and two slices of pizza and spent $20. Read more
