Manager training new people was so rude. Asked for an extra splash of milk that I?d pay for if needed and she literally gave soo... much attitude and was basically like ?next time just order a latte? when I didn?t need my entire drink filled with milk.. I justhad ordered an extra splash in the first place. I get that maybe dealing with extra requests may be annoying to her but it wasunnecessary and didn?t need to make me feel uncomfortable. Never going back to this Starbucks?s and I feel bad for the trainingsdealing with her too. She didn?t even seem very pleasant to them either. If you hate your job find a new one girl. Starbuckstrain your managers better and choose ones that want to actually be there and are friendly at least. Read more

I always appreciate finding Starbuck's in Target. I wait on my family to shop and have a latte while I wait. Usually Starbuck's... crew members are friendly and engaging, but the guys working tonight, Christian and Luke, were rude and disengaged. I have been to lots of Starbucks and this one has the best service ,courtesy and staff are absolutely awesome. They are... efficient,hardworking and great servers and baristas. I have to say Christian is awesome and just great and I find Monica to beequally awesome and Maurizio,Aaliyah and Fernando are also awesome. These are definite stand outs. They are friendly and greatat their jobs. Everyone is very pleased by their service. Ordered a drink! They made it wrong which was noticeable immediately! Wasn?t a big deal other than the fact they were rude and... treated me like it was my fault they had to remake it! (Angie was one of the people I?m referring to, did not smile once and wasextremely rude about remaking the drink, gave me and my family dirty looks the entire time we were there as she appeared to talkabout us to the other employees) very unprofessional!
