I came today at about 8:30 pm and ordered a Carmel Frappuccino and the handling was rude and the drink tasted very bad as if it... was spilled inside sanitizer and I went back to the store it was 9 and a few minutes to tell them that the drink was bad theysaw me through the window but I was ignored Completely and they did not hear my complaint and left the cup on the window Read more

You should have seen them today. 5 people working and none of them were able to make eye contact with a customer or help anyone.... It was like watching spider monkeys at the zoo. Running around lost with no purpose. Everyone was completely lost. I just wantedto pick up my online order. It would have been easier to wait and go through the drive through. I finally just left andcancelled the order because the staff was to incompetent to help anyone or look anyone in the face. Read more
I work in the area and normally come to this Starbucks to buy beverages for myself as well as co workers. Today Aug. 30th around... 11am we went through the drive thru and the man who collected from us (darker skinned curly headed) was very rude. No customerservice at all. No ?hi how are you? or ?thank you have a nice day? he waved our drinks at us as if to rush us to grab them.We?ve never experienced such poor customer care at any Starbucks before. Might want to get someone else who is more welcoming towork that drive thru. Won?t be coming back here if he is working the window. Read more
