Typical Starbucks. Great layout, lots of set seating. Had space for outside seating as well. Great atmosphere, plenty of space... to bring a laptop to work or hang. Read more

2 stars when I wanted to give zero and it?s only because the girl working in the drive thru this morning was so kind. On my... coffee I asked for my cup to be lined with Carmel drizzle, not extra, not a ton, just lined. When handing me my coffee there wasnone so I politely asked them to add Carmel. She passed the cup to a guy I watched him open it and slam it into the sink toremake the whole drink. Little did I know he would pour an 1/2 inch worth of Carmel into the bottom and hand it back. I?m sorryyour morning isn?t going as you planned, but had to taken the time to read my order you wouldn?t have had to remake it. Butalso, just because your morning is bad doesn?t mean you have to be ugly and ruin mine by ruining my $8 cup of coffee. I will notreturn to this location and that guy should really look into a new occupation. Read more

Went through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. My go to drink tasted off. I drove around, parked and came inside. 4... employees were working. 2 immediately went to the walk in cooler/back? The other 2 were the baristas I suppose, because theycontinued making drinks and slamming things around. When the female employee came back to the front I told her my drink was offand I?d like it remade. She was courteous and apologetic. The 2 males making drinks were apparently irritated and continuesslamming things around, seemingly having a temper tantrum? Stopping to talk on their headsets. The male running the drive thrucontinued doing his job. I used to come here and never have an issue. Lately the service has been not consistent. I?m not sureif there?s new employees or what, but it?s not running smoothly. I?ve been getting the same drink for a decade. Longer than I?msure most employees have worked at a Starbucks. I can tell by just looking at it if it?s not made right. I am always polite whenI ask for it to be remade. Not sure why the cold shoulder. And I had to wait about 10 minutes for my drink to be remade. Hopethis gets back to a store manger so they can give their employees some skills on customer service. Read more

Went through the drive thru to grab a cakepop for our toddler, like we do often! But, through the craziness of our order, we... forgot a few items. Thank goodness Kenzie was at the window!
