Great staff and nice location but the bathrooms were extremely dirty
First of all Ive been coming to Starbucks for years and I love there drinks and just to sit around and enjoy time visiting with... my friends or just working on my computer. I am a retired Navy Veteran and I know all about respect which was something Iabsolutely did not receive from the GM of this location. I carry a backpack because I work with homeless Veterans who I inviteto meet with me at the Blanco location to try and help them get off the streets.I bought a drink every time I met there with myhomeless Vets. I was asked repeatedly if they were going to purchase food or drinks as well but as we all know these gentlemanare struggling. She is the most rude and selfish person I have ever met. As oyesterday she called the police on me and myhomeless Vets and had us removed and put a trespassing on me and my friends, I guess it was the way they were dressed and lookedthat did not live up to her standards. We were embarrassing her and she flat out said she didn't like our demeanor and thecouple hours a day we spent there not buying her drinks or food so she would just rather us leave.y we tried going outside andshe turned the plugs off on us so we couldn't charge our tablet's or phones. I will never go back to that location again and Iwill for sure tell everyone I know never to step foot in that place. Your GM there needs to be fired and she is one of the mostuncaring person I have ever met. These men and woman who fought for our country deserve some respect and help and this so calledGM you have showed them that people just don't care especially about the struggles there facing. You and your company should beashamed. I am getting a lawyer and going to file a lawsuit against your company. I will take this to the top of Starbucks forthe rude and embarrassing act you caused us. Calling the police on a bunch of Vets trying to make there lives better. You shouldbe ashamed of yourselves. Read more
This is a brand new location. Very convenient located. There was no line. Great service.
Our Frappuccino?s were made with way too much ice. Lacked creaminess and difficult to drink :(
They're so sweet and caring at this Starbucks. I love all Starbucks in general, but this one might just be my favorite one of... them all. They provide excellent customer service and go out of their way to ensure you leave their premises with a smile. I washaving a horrible week, and one iced white chocolate mocha later I found myself having an amazing day! Read more
Beautiful location opened up December 2020. Note that it is across the street from where Google located the old one
