I have never ever ever not even in Hawaii seen such a filthy Starbucks! The shelves were empty the floors sticky, it is on the... riverwalk , tourists come here , it is not a sudden rush of some sort! Get it together man!!! Read more
The phone number listed here is busy 24/7. Can never get through to someone. Busy tone seems to never give way to a ring no... matter the time of day I call. Unfortunately by time I'm able to speak to someone at this location it will be too late im sure.Please update your phone number. Read more
Friendly service. Has limited seating for up to 2 (3 could work), thus my rating. I prefer to have more seating options than... only 3 tables (2 chairs at each) and a box if just waiting for drink. Then again, outside has many areas to sit & enjoy by theRiverwalk. Floors were on the dirty side, but it is Fiesta Days & in the afternoon. Read more

Good food: major tude My Aunt is handicap, usually uses a walker but in the cane today which is very hard. They have no... seating inside nor outside. She wanted to take a bite of her sandwich. They kicked us out before she finished making hercoffee and said sorry. The city had sparsely located benches. This is not a friendly handicap access or elderly city. Wehad to sit on piss stinch planters outside starbucks. I regret bringing my aunt to this town already. The city isunconscious. Read more
Busy location right in the heart of downtown SA. Came during the busy chalk festival and we were greeted with smiles and... friendly staff! Their Halloween decor was cute and our orders were done quickly despite the busy constant rush of customers. Read more
The staff is nice and the line usually goes pretty quick, the store is pretty sad looking, never any merchandise, the front case... is always empty looking. Customers should be able to use the bathroom, I understand there's a booming homeless population thattries to take advantage of restrooms, but paying customers should be able to use it while we are there.
