This place is great I love it there however, EVERY TIME I order white hot chocolate they WITHOUT FAIL give me mocha coffee. How... is that even in the same realm of flavor? What if I was giving it to a child? How many young children were handed coffee insteadof their drink? I never am given the hot chocolate initially. And this last time I went, they replaced my coffee with guesswhat........coffee. Like I understand being super busy or stressed but to consistently mess it up? This Starbucks is always busy, but it's the only location that makes my drink to perfection. I'm not sure what these barristas... do that so many other locations can't seem to get right, but it's worth the wait. Read more
This is the Starbucks that I most consistently go to for convenience reasons. My order hasn't ever been wrong, but when working... inside the Starbucks and someone else's order has been wrong, the baristas are always very genuine and willing to make them anew drink even when they're at a rush hour. I've even witnessed a time where the customer accidentally ordered the wrong thingthrough the mobile app, and the barista was still kind enough to make them an entirely new drink. Specifically one night I hadcome to this Starbucks and I was extremely upset about something that happened the day before and ended up crying a lot actuallylol. The baristas were so kind and left me a cake pop with a sweet message on the bag that read, "you're cared for!" and "you'repawsome" with a cute cat image. They left it on the table I was at without saying a word. Although I was still extremelydistraught, this act of kindness is something I'll remember for a long time. It reminded me that there are still kind people inthis oftentimes cruel world. The baristas here time, and time again have been so so caring and diligent. Be very careful at this Starbucks I think they have a skimming device. My card has been stolen twice here by two different... people. Not sure if its the employees or the manger or maybe both. Be very careful! Try to use cash, gift cards or maybe evencredit cards at least you can get your money back. Good luck. Read more

This is unacceptable, Starbucks. Retrain your baristas if you have to, but 1" of whipped cream melting into a "grande" drink... costing $5.90 is unacceptable. This is almost a Tall in a grande cup. Read more
This used to be the best Starbucks around but ever since they hired this one girl, it has been awful. She need to be retrained... or something, shes literally terrible. Our drinks are awful every single time, Fraps never blended, often missing the flavor ortoppings, etc. And she gets an attitude when you try to correct her. Read more
