Pretty rude barristas and they don't honor the reward star system. Not a very pleasant visit.
Worst. Service. Ever. I ordered a peppermint mocha frappe and got a smores frappe that taste like peppermint. I dont have time... to take it back cause i work. But their so rude to their other associates even tho we still pay for our own starbucks like aregular guest. Read more
Good cashier, barista forgot our drinks, didn't seem too happy to be there. They were out of several food choices.
The manager of this Starbucks is extremely rude and curt with customers. Today, myself and several other JW Marriott employees,... went to get coffee AFTER the morning rush (around 10:00 am). No one else was in line and there were 3 employees talking behindthe counter (including the manager). We were told that ?Associates would be helped after noon, since they were short-handed.When I? pointed out the obvious (no one else in line) the manager replied that they had to clean and stock. Now associates get asmall discount, but not anything Free!!! She flat out refused to serve all 3 of us as well as other Marriott Employees who triedto get coffee this morning.
