Sonia is an excellent barista. Everytime I show up (which can be hit or miss) she has the order ready. Knows her customers well... which by extension makes the service here grade A. One of my favorite Starbucks because of it. Read more
Out of a lot of things (not uncommon for the times) but staff also do not pay attention to temp requests on mobile orders.... Probably better to order in person if you don't want your drink extra hot. Edited to update/add: I think retraining is neededon how to prepare Chai Lattes at this site. I ordered 2 and one is basically steamed milk. There is almost no chai tea in it atall. If you order one here, be sure to try it before leaving. I noticed another review stating this is a repeat issue and I'mseeing it firsthand myself. I've added pictures to show the drastic color difference btwn the 2 drinks, and that both wereordered exactly the same. Read more
In terms of coffee, this place makes my favorite Starbucks Iced Coffee, although each franchise is overall very similar in how... they make their coffees. As a studier, I give this Starbucks five stars. If you need to study and are looking for the bestStarbucks to do so, this is it because they got various ways of studying. They got a communal table for group projects, theygot leather chairs/couches if you need to do some low-stress studying, and then they got these leather benches on one wall ofits store that is for serious hard-core studying. These leather benches are so comfortable and go well with the great coffeeand service they provide here. Lastly, if you are cold, they offer an outdoor area for studying as well. I applaud the ownerof this Starbucks for opting for leather furniture. It really makes this place so comfortable and makes it stand out from otherStarbucks. Read more
Starbucks runs through my veins. I've drank so much coffee that I'm on my 3rd reward this year. Of course, 100s of locations in... San Antonio and New Braunfels but my absolute favorite two locations are Evans/Stone Oak, always make the best drinks and nevermessed up and the other is on Huebner/Vance Jackson is the exact same way, both locations take pride in their work and have thebest batistas.
