Excellent customer service with service after the sale! Remade an order i failed to pick up at no charge.
I ordered two drinks today. One vanilla blonde roast latte this morning and it had weak flavor and coffee grinds at the bottom... with barely any milk. I thought I received this poorly tasting coffee because I ordered it in the drive thru line. Thisafternoon, I mobile ordered a match green tea latte this, and I could only taste the milk and no matcha. I panicked and thoughtI tested positive for COVID-19. Whatever you do, go through the drive thru. They're fast and friendly and apparently those drinks take priority, so do yourself... a favor and skip mobile ordering to go inside otherwise you'll be waiting 30 minutes for one drink. Is it an excellentlywonderfully crafted drink? Yes. Does it taste great. DEFINITELY. But if you gotta be somewhere, order early or go through thedrive thru. YOURE WELCOME. Read more
