Excellent customer service with service after the sale! Remade an order i failed to pick up at no charge.
I ordered two drinks today. One vanilla blonde roast latte this morning and it had weak flavor and coffee grinds at the bottom... with barely any milk. I thought I received this poorly tasting coffee because I ordered it in the drive thru line. Thisafternoon, I mobile ordered a match green tea latte this, and I could only taste the milk and no matcha. I panicked and thoughtI tested positive for COVID-19.
