Came here at 9 am to get a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Im the drive thru ordering and when I asked for a breakfast sandwich... they had to go check if they had any left (which somehow Starbucks always runs out of breakfast sandwiches) anyways he comesback and says "we only have one more bacon and gouda sandwich left", so I said "yep ill take it!" Not even 5 seconds later hecomes back and says "sorry I dropped it on the floor now, would you like anything else?" LMAO WHAT. Read more

Because of location relatively high volume with customers, not the easiest place to find seating. Overall generally the staff... is pretty friendly and typically remembers who's who. But I have had to come back for an incomplete order, had to walk into thestore because I didn't receive a promotion or benefit. And they're out of a lot of stuff on a regular basis again with the highvolume location. Literally two blocks away from my apartment so probably the most visited of all Starbucks locations in thesurrounding 10 miles haha. Read more

Convenient location and only. Personnel is overwhelmed and very slow. The mobile order should be ready at 7:55, I came 2 minutes... before to get a lunch box and even at 8:05 my order was still not ready (one Grande cup of hot tea!). Only after I asked whatwas the status of the order, barista started ?working? as she called it on it (meaning, here is a tea bag and hot water, done!).They didn?t handle warm food nicely, croissants and sandwiches were dumped in a one busker and were smashing each other. P.S.When I already left the cafe I realized that my tea didn?t smell like then one I ordered, and sure - it was a wrong flavor Isimply cannot stand. I stopped at the nearest convenience store and tossed it away. What a waste of time, money and energy. Read more

Horrible service almost every time I go. I am completely done with this Starbucks. They are close to my office and convenient... , but get my drink incorrect every single time. Most days I just accept it and move on but the few times (like this morning) Iask them to correct it I get major attitude and I am over the high priced drinks with the rude customer service. Almost everytime I order in one way or another my drink is wrong. I order through the mobile app & the whole point of that is to... not wait and yet I find I'm waiting for them to correct their mistakes. I realize mistakes happen but everytime they are makingmistakes here. I order without ice due to sensitivity to my teeth & I'm shorted on the drink. I pay close to $6 for a drinkthat's supposed to be 30oz & I'm not getting what they are marketing. Staff most of the time is nice enough. Some seem as ifI'm bothering them when I point out the order is wrong. So I guess continue to drive to my fave spot over at IH-10 & VanceJackson where customer service is on fire!???? Read more
