I never come to Starbucks not going to lie. The one day that I do which was today around 10:20am, the drive through cashier... person I think her name started with a A. Her attitude and eagerness was amazing. That?s the type of attitude and customerservice I strive to have at my job, so to see her w an amazing attitude and I?m sure she gets Karen?s and rough people in thedrive through, her attitude shined through it all :) you go girl! I always have an amazing experience at this location, and this one was no different. Parker is an absolute Angel on earth &... deserves a 3 million (or more) dollar raise. Such amazing energy and unmatched customer service. I called and spoke to Candacethe store manager and told her how great of an experience it was as well and she couldn?t have been sweeter! This starbucks is always closed or having system issues. They close before the scheduled hours. I drove to starbucks before work... today and guess what closed for system issues. Everyone your best bet it going to the Starbucks on Embassy. Read more

So Starbucks has been bombarding me for months about Happy Hour! Happy Hour! So I?m free today and came here to this location... to get one of their new drinks and utilize Starbucks much promoted happy hour. I made it clear that I this is what I was lookingfor when I ordered a drink and a bakery item. The price seemed high with the supposed happy hour so I asked again about it andshe said it doesn?t apply to bakery items??? I was like ok so I paid. Then when I looked thru the receipt I saw no happy hourprice applied to my drink so when I asked for clarification my cashier goes on to tell me I have to order two drinks to utilizea coupon to get a second drink free... um... that?s a weird happy hour but ok. So I asked if could then just grab the seconddrink since I paid for mine already- the answer was no. I have to do it all in one transaction. So no clarification on what thef Starbucks thinks happy hour stands for. No offer or apology for the confusion and no attempt to correct themisunderstanding. And since I saw the manager look put off by the customer in front of me asking the same question and that shehad to explain this to them and couldn?t give a flying f if they were happy or not made up my mind not to involve the manager inthis. So f this Starbucks. There?s three others in the area that should get your business over this one. And Starbucks- what a$h!!y the promotion and congratulations on the fail of communicating said promotion. I think I?m done with Starbucks. At thevery least this suck location. Not only do I love their coffee, but I went through the drive through today and all the employees were so sweet. They... recommended me some pastries, which I tried and were delicious!
