Great location but unfortunately the girl working the drive through at 1:30pm this Sunday had no idea what she?s doing. Ordered... a white chocolate raspberry mocha and she made a dark chocolate mocha and added white chocolate. Please train her on the menu orfind someone else who knows how to press buttons properly. Visited this location in person one early morning and while it is super comfortable, it's very difficult to relax and/or think... with the volume that the overhead music is on. We decided to go outside thinking it would be quieter, but it wasn't. We asked ifit could be lowered and it was but it still was awfully loud unfortunately. I get a little background music, but I'm not surewhy the volume has to be at a nightclub/bar level. Read more
They make good drinks but they never get my order right. I have ordered from them several times now and they always get... something wrong. Today they put coffee in my frappe, which is okay, but I'm pregnant and can't have that much coffee, they alsogave me a bagel with no butter or cream cheese. In the past I have gotten oatmeal from them with no toppings or sweetener, thishappened enough times that I just stopped ordering oatmeal. IDK what's going on, but it's really disappointing their food anddrinks are too expensive for them to be getting orders wrong this consistently. Read more
This is a great Starbucks location except they frequently run out of cold brew which is my only reason for 1 less star. Other... than that, we?ve had no issues with orders. The drive thru line is usually long but mobile order is quick! Read more
Starbuck store at its best. With excellent customer services to delicious drinks. We had a great time here. This Cafe spot has... spacious area for social, work or study with friends and family. The wifi always strong here. Shout to Melissa and Micky andall staffs here always treat customers with respect and good delicious drink from Frappuccino, hot coffee, to brown sugar milktea and my favorite passion fruit ice tea. Usually a good experience, but the past several visits they are out of various ingredients for different things we wanted. The... drive thru crew has always been friendly. We will keep coming back and hopefully they will have everything necessary to make thefood and drinks customers go there for. Read more
Aside from the fact that the employees were less than personable, I found multiple large pieces of coffee grounds in my frozen... coffee. It was very unpleasant to order a sweet frozen drink, only to get a mouthful of chunky, bitter grounds. Upon furtherinspection (and under better lighting), you can see the various big pieces of coffee grounds throughout the coffee itself. Makesit hard to believe that the people making it were unaware, especially considering that it took ten minutes to receive the drinkeven though there were no other customers. So disappointing.... The gentleman working the drive thru speaker and window at 12:30 this afternoon made me feel like I was bothering him by... ordering. Rude, short, cussed on the headset (probably an accident but made his angry attitude more apparent). As a baristamyself, I understand how busy weekend mornings can be but the least you can do when a customer rolls up to the window isacknowledge that they are there, even if you are not able to cash them out yet. Again, just made me feel like I was a bother.After waiting around 40 minutes in line, was pretty disheartened by the attitude and treatment. Read more
