This morning I got a half a cup of my venti pumpkin spice latte in the drive thru and I was fairly let down because the worker... at the drive thru was very sweet and kind asking my plans and about my work and himself as well. I know it probably wasn?t hisfault but just wanted to put a review, the quantity of my cup was not full like it usually is. Wasn?t worth the price. This is my normal Starbucks and generally get decent service but my last few visits leave me a new thought it's two... words..... Dutch Bros. I know it's a dirty word but the customer service has dropped of dramatically here. today I watched a"barista" start my coffee and then slide it aside. she then proceeded to make 5 other orders ahead oh mine. while I know it wasbusy 25 minute wait for a 6 dollar coffee. if I charge the time I sat waiting for my coffee it cost me about 40 bucks for a cupof coffee. then I watched multiple people get their orders wrong and it was just a ballet of $hi! Not a bad Starbucks when they are open but you never know when you'll get there and they are 'temporarily closed'. Most I've... seen any Starbucks ever do that. Read more

Been going here for about 2 years and it?s usually a good experience BUT the past couple times I went the guy in the drive... through gave me my food cold then when I asked to get it warmed up he did and gave it back to me partially warmed (usually it?shot or very warm) and then I sat there waiting for my coffee and turns out he ?thought he gave it to me already??.usuallyeveryone else is fine but I?ve seen him a few times and it?s just not a good experience. Other than that sometimes the drinksare missing an ingredient but usually they are on point. Also they often run out of food items as I noticed with everyStarbucks. Read more

We come to this Starbucks every time we are in town, and they are just absolutely wonderful! They slightly got our order just a... little wrong and they were so nice and made us new drinks and had a friendly happy face the whole time. 10/10 recommend, theseworkers are amazing!! Read more

The girl who rung me up completely rung it up incorrectly. I asked for a tall white chocolate mocha and I didn?t get a receipt .... When I got my coffee I received an iced coffee with no flavor in it. My sticker said white chocolate mocha with no chocolatemocha. I come here quite frequently because it is the closets and most convenient location for me. However everyday it?s something new.... They don?t answer the phones in the morning. The order ahead feature is always randomly turned off. When I order a venti drinkit is never filled to the top and when I ask politely for them to fill it 9/10times there is attitude. The kids that work thereare always huddled talking instead of being vigilant or attentive to customers. I have gone without saying anything but it?sbeen constant I think I will be going elsewhere moving forward. Read more
