I was so happy when this Starbucks came to Boerne stage Road. Unfortunately, the Starbucks drive-through is a nightmare. The... worst I?ve ever seen, and it?s consistently bad. It is normal to spend 30 minutes in the drive-through line. I?m not sure whatthe problem is at this Starbucks versus the one off of UTSA, but the UTSA Starbucks line is super fast all the time no matterhow long it is. Perhaps they pay their employees more or have more employees? I could?ve wrote this review years ago, butdidn?t. But this is a known thing about our Starbucks. People talk about it in the area. I think the manager or owner shouldreally look into how long the drive-through line takes. It?s the reason lot of us go to summer Moon when we want to go toStarbucks. Read more

This is by far the slowest and less friendliest staff Starbucks I?ve visited. Drinks are the same but be prepared to stay in a... line that?s 20-30 min long. When I lived in town I would visit Starbucks 6-7 times a week. However, with this Starbucks, it?s soinconvenient I?d rather drink and energy drink or drive 15min to Brevity. Read more

No customer service. Just left this location 10/4 around noon. Stood in front of three employees for three minutes and wasn't... even acknowledged. I usually get greeted at Starbucks, but employees here are exceptionally rude. How do you have 12 workers andnobody there to say hello or what can I help you with. Read more

Very fast service, best blonde latte I've had in a while. The environment was very chill, location was very clean.

ordered a venti vanilla latte nonfat milk, 2 pumps of chi, whipped cream 7 Splendas 6 mixed in one sprinkled on top of the... whipped cream to make it crunchy and a plain black coffee for my baby daddy! And all this skinny tall black haired google eyedlady could do is look my man up and down like a snack for 17 min. Not even ask me for permission at LEAST. Personnel is very sweet (Karina was extra pleasant with me today). The cafe is closed for dine-in/walk-in and doesn?t have order... ahead option, only the drive through and the line sometimes is getting too long. The beverages and food are good as always. Read more

Great way to start your mornings! Great coffee , great environment. I went through the drive thru line and even tho it wrapped... around the store it went by super quick. Felt like I was in a short line. The person at the window was really nice and that'ssomething that can cheer up anyone morning if it started off wrong. Read more

This Starbucks is the best for miles and miles. Always friendly service, always get our drinks right, never an issue. There is... usually a pretty long line but the parking lot is very accommodating, not cramped like most other tiny Starbucks? lots, and thegreat service is worth waiting for. Read more
