Southbound Coffee is a cutie little trailer off the side of the highway. You?d miss it if you?d blinked too long. I?ve seen the... trailer on the Corner Lot on Carle before but had always passed by it too late in the evening. This time the sun was shining, the weather was beautiful and the sun had been up only a few hours.\n\nMy first time at a coffee shop warrants ordering a coldbrew as it?s a good indication of the quality of coffee used (Of course lattes are always going to be tasty). This cold brew wassmooth and delicious. And for roughly $3, definitely beats the price of any coffee shop cold brew in town.\n\nI am dying to trythe dirty horchata but will have to save that for next time. If you live on the Northside, I highly recommend making a trip outand then enjoying your coffee on the Missions trail. This city has got a lot to offer and hidden gems like this make it thatmuch better. Read more

This was a cute and colorful little coffee trailer located on a corner near the interstate. I got the horchata latte, which was... delicious and l would definitely return to get it again. The espresso was smooth and a little chocolate-y, which wascomplimentary to the cinnamon horchata goodness. It wasn\'t too sweet, which was perfect for me. The concha are pretty and theytasted okay. There\'s not a lot of parking but it\'s probably more than enough space, even during a busy time, because there\'snowhere to sit and hang out. Read more
