Ordered a jalapeno double cheeseburger. There was only 1 patty on the burger. Also ordered burger with only lettuce, tomato, and... pickle. Got burger with cheese, mustard, and no pickles. What is a person to do when they do not tolerate cheese and it ismelted to the party? I was VERY careful to review my order and the receipt correctly listed the order. Read more
This place is not good. Ordered chicken strips well I git 2 nuggets n one strip. And they were hard. My chili dog gave me heart... burn so bad and it looked old . This is my favorite Sonic located at Shops of Overlook Stone Oak. A stop for my mom and I every Tuesday for Pretzels and sweet... tea. The pretzels are always hot and perfect. The staff is friendly. It is just a special place for me to spend some time! Read more
I waited at the drive through for 10 minutes and no one ever came on to take my order. I went to a stall and waited another 15... minutes for the same thing to happen. I put the car in reverse and that is when someone came on to take my order. The speed ofservice has been getting worse over time. Read more
I placed an order online, I went to pick it up. I was in a line with 6 cars in front and 5 behind me. The employees completed... orders for all cars at front and the ones behind first. I asked 3 different workers for my order and the reason of the delay, itwas a simple burger with 2 drinks, one of the workers apologized, the one that brought my order was complete rude, I asked forhis name and he refused. This was my first and last order. I understand this workers are young but, to be so rude? It was a verysad experience. I do not recommend it this place.???????????? Read more

This is the second time we have been and pretty bad. Chicken nuggets were dry and almost chewy. Bit into the Cheese Coney and... bit something that looked like a pie e of tooth. I don't even want to know. Won't be going back. Last time was a while backand the burger was cold. Definition of crazy? Thank you for the response. I just don't believe it would help.
