I arrived pressed the button and someone came over the mic and said welcome to sonic and I couldn't understand the rest. But no... order was taken then after 10min the button quit flashing. I pressed it again and after watching the entire staff just standaround talking for 10 more min. I finally just left. I can't complain about the service cause I never got any. I just wasted mytime. When me and my better half went to sonic drive-in, I was first unimpressed. The POS system wasn?t working properly in my opinion... I was literally yelling in it and associates couldn?t hear me! One associate was sort of unkind about the situation! However,the second associate who came out was very pleasant and the experience after that got a lot better! Read more

I understand there is a shortage of workers these days so I cant knock them too badly for the 45 minute wait for my online... order. What I can say is that the carhop that did finally bring my food was careless about how they gave me the food and drinks,almost dumped them into my car. The food when I got home was absolute garbage the kids couldn't even begin to eat the popcornchicken unless they had a jackhammer, and the burgers were sponges absorbing any grease and drippings from the witheredvegetables and questionable patty. Tried going there at 9:55 am on a Sunday. But no cars anywhereon the property, interior business lights were off. Sad that a... good place has fallen to the bad times. I don't recall seeing a sign for possible business hours. Hopefully one day they'll beback to a full staff and business hours. With the lines of cars waiting to order and eat the good food they have to offer. Read more
Came to this location after visiting another location that was open but not taking orders. Pulled up to this one and parked an... employee told me they were only doing drive thru. So we jumped in line (a long line) we wait a good 20 min get to the box andwait another 20-30minutes at the box with no reply or answer when we say hello. My husband gets off and asks an employee what?sgoing on and they informed he they are not going to use the drive they box only take your order when you get to the front. Usually food takes awhile cause they make it all fresh to order...but this time it actually came out at a decent time. Delicious... full burgers not like jack in the crack. Drinks were nice n cold food was hot and service was good. Prices were reasonable forfamily of 5. Top it off it was a beautiful day...we had bbq chicken strips, double bacon n cheese burgers, tots n fries...Oreocookie cone, washed it down with vanilla cherry cokes...rub a dub dub...thanks for the grub... After waiting over 15 minutes to place the order, Journey answered the call and was absolutely the rudest employee I have dealt... with. I understand busy establishments and a dinner rush, but she wouldn?t even let us finish saying what we wanted before shesaid ?anything else? speaking over everything we said. The car next to us pulled up to pick up an online order and waited thesame amount of time then when Journey answered it was the same rude tone and rushed questions. Absolutely unacceptable. Read more
