Since 3 of the closest stores were showing to be unavailable through the mobile app. I picked this one. I get there and the lady... walks out and says ?sorry our ice cream machine is down? ?YOU?LL need to contact someone through the app for your partialrefund? I don?t want the 2 out of 6 things ordered. So I declined the whole order. She was extremely rude and did not care toassist any further. After spending 40 mins on the phone with corporate. They said if I accepted the partial. The store will getthe tip. Also according to corporate, the store should?ve canceled the order on their end. Read more

Horrible on multiple occassions. "We actually close at 11"...despite all sources saying they close at midnight. Pay for extra... blast add-ins, they don't honor it. Was served a Blast the consistency of gravy. It wasn't just too thin for my liking, it wasthoroughly melted. What level of incompetence would make an employee think that is ok? They corrected it, but the replacement,while proper thickness, was not the type I ordered or paid for. Numerous times they claimed the ice cream machine to be brokenwhen I arrive to pickup my in-app order. I know other locations have the ability to disable items in the app to prevent orderingthem if they're unavailable. Then I have to call in to request a refund. Was informed after waiting several minutes that the icecream machine had some issues, and it would be ANOTHER 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, I was served a Blast that was about 50%whipped cream. They clearly (and dishonestly) filled the cup with whipped cream before blending it. Didn't realize the issueuntil I got home. I've had issues 9/10 times with this place. Having seen the issues crop up a little too often at otherlocations as well. Sonic has permanently lost me as a customer. Read more

Last week I ordered on the app and turns out the icecream machine was broken. They said they would refund me and then I drove to... the other sonic. I checked back a week later and I still was not refunded. I went back in today and Kyle was able to accommodateme by not only replacing the milkshakes I didn?t get refunded me for but upgrading me to larger sizes for no extra cost. He waskind, humble, apologetic, and went the extra mile to make sure I got the satisfaction I deserve. 5 stars! Read more

My chicken sandwich was super hot so I know it was fresh. And it was made just as I asked. My route 44 slush was also customized... just as I had asked for and both items were ready super quick Read more

Always a wait at Sonic. However, they are great here. Order was right, food was delicious, and people are always friendly. If... there is ever a mistake with my order (has only happened twice) they have made things right. 4 stars only because of the waittime. Read more

This location has gone so far downhill over the past few years. I ordered such a simple thing. All I asked for was a Medium Oreo... Blast and repeated 5x that was all I wanted and when they brought it out to me I was given a medium order of fries. Not sure howthat can be mixed up with each other. But every time I go even for the simplest order. It gets messed up. If I wanted that tohappen I would go down the road to McDonald's. Do not recommend going to this Sonic for any reason. Read more

I normally never post reviews and this one is going to be long because I?m heated it happened today but this was by far the... worst experience I?ve ever had at a sonic so I needed to share.. First off they took quite a long time to even answer the redbutton I had to repress it because I noticed it after about 5 minutes it would reset instead of saying we would be right withyou.. after quite sometime the young man who took the order was really nice we paid thought it was all good. We waited for ourorder for 25+ minutes and then it said someone was bringing it out? 10 minutes passed nobody brought anything.. I called to askif it was the correct car.. again they said it would be right out? waited another 8-10 minutes before I started getting prettymad.. I end up having to flag down the employee that was delivering food to another vehicle to ask if she can check on our foodor at this point I just want a refund.. she finally brings out our food and says they were waiting on the ice cream.. mind youwe got two meals and two small Ice creams opened up the food and this was the ?fries? and they were absolutely disgusting cold,and hard not even close to filled up and the ice in the drinks melted with no garnish on the cherry limeade.. it was just allaround a horrible experience but we were in a hurry which is usually what you stop at FAST food so couldn?t talk to themanager.. go somewhere else if you must go Read more
