They were out of cookie dough bites and forced me to get another item because they could not figure out how to do a refund. I... did not want another item since we already ordered what we wanted. Never heard of a place that couldn't do a refund.Inexcusable. Read more

They just don't care here time for a change. They don't follow simple instructions. I like sonics but won't be going back... because others are too far. It's like the more you spend the lower the quality of service. Judgment is approaching. Read more

For serving hour old hard food, they take a long time to serve. They didn't get the drinks right, they packed the coney sideways... so everything came off. Service was almost as cold as the food! Read more

I rarely write reviews but yall need to hear about this. So today I finally choose sonic for lunch lol. BIG MISTAKE ! I pulled... up to speaker number 11. I already knew what I wanted so I pressed the red button. Someone loudly came across the speaker andsaid "I'll be with you when I can." I patiently waited. Finally she came back and took my order. I work in fast food so I knowhow to make taking an order easy. I started to speak and right after I finish the second or third word I'm rudely interrupted bythe order taker. Everytime I tried to speak instead of listening to me she cut me off and asked questions that would've beenanswered if she had listened for 2 more seconds. Got my order placed, but forgot I wanted ketchup instead of mayo on my burgerso I pressed the button again. This lady YELLS thru the speaker. "DRIVE THRU IS THE ONLY THING OPEN RIGHT NOW." Which doesn'tmake sense bc she just took my order. & before I could even say anything the speaker was turned off. So now I'm in the drivethru line. There's 2 cars in front of me. It takes about 10 minutes for me to get to this speaker to RE-PLACE my order. Onceagain I'm being rudely cut off. & NOW they don't have half the things I wanted to order. No pretzels, no popcorn chicken, noChilli for the fries. So I just pulled out of line and went to dairy queen. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SONIC EVER !! LEGIT THEWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH !! & like I said I work fast food so I know how it goes but there isabsolutely no reason to be that rude to someone. Read more

I have never had such horrible customer service to the point I felt the need to leave a review until now. Last night I went to... this Sonic because they have been pretty decent until this point. Whoever took my order when I decided to use one of the stallswas extremely rude and wouldn't let me finish a sentence when I ordered. Me: Can I have the number one... Employee: SIDE ANDDRINK?! Me:... On the burger, can I have Mayo and easy mustard and... Employee: SIDE?! Me: ...and can I also have no cheese,onions, or pickles? I would like... Employee: SIDE AND DRINK?! Me: I would like to add jalapeños please? Employee: ANYTHINGELSE?! Me: Large tater tots and a blue coconut slush. Employee: Large tater tots, anything else? Me: And a bluecoconut... Employee: YES, BLUE COCONUT SLUSH, ANYTHING ELSE? Me: Just cancel the order please. Employee: (sarcastically) YOUHAVE A NICE NIGHT! The entire conversation that could have been completed within a minute was stretched to three because Iwasn't allowed to simply finish my sentence. I know exactly what I want to order anytime I go to a restaurant (fast food or sitdown), and it takes me about 15 seconds to make alterations to my orders. I'm also highly allergic to cheese and try to makesure to include it in the first alterations listed and hope it's repeated back to me, on top of checking my food when I getit. They also don't like answering their phones, I literally called 23 times last night and no one answered. I even called thismorning and received the same results. Whether they don't want to deal with customer complaints over the phone isn't my problem,they don't realize that people also call to give compliments and are missing out on the right employees getting recognized fortheir hard work. It's a sinking ship and the few rude employees are dragging down the good ones. If this male doesn't like hisjob, he shouldn't be working there. My Girlfriend and I had a great meal last night from the Sonic Drive through and I come to find out the next day that I was... never charged for the meal. I know this wasn?t a mistake because the window service operator (who I didn?t get the name of) wasso kind and energetic to accompany me with my order. He had this welcoming presence that just gave my girlfriend and I a goodtime when we had a brief conversation about the delicious looking food. Coming to a drive through usually is a quick and casualexchange but thanks to this operator My experience last night was one to remember. To just top off my experience the operatorpayed for our meal. What a great experience that had no right to be so great. He had no reason to pay but he did anyways. Givethis man a raise or a brand new car with cold A/C because the weather here in Texas is hot.
