Our order was completely wrong when we got it. When we push the button for them to let them know it took about 10 minutes for... someone to come. Then when we told them our order was wrong it took them about another 20 minutes and they still got thereplacement order wrong by that time our food we had already gotten was cold drinks were wrong it was just a terrible mess Iwill never go there again. Me and my husband went to order a quick snack and when they delivered the Frito burritos it was only cheese and Frito's and it... was wrapped half fast like they where in a hurry and my husband let them know they forgot the chili and the employee grabbedthe bag and took it inside then returned with the order with chili but the wrapping was messy and I used to work for fastfoodand presentation is everything and I know they didn't care how the customer's where going to feel or think about it and I calledand they never answered. I cannot believe how my order was when I opened it. The footlong hot dog was jammed it a box all squashed and thevweiner was cut... at the end so it would fit into the box. Horrible! Then the 5 packets of ketchup was put with the chicken tenders, after thewaitress touched the packets. There was 2 ketchup packets in the potatoes also..I tried calling theur number, but, it kepthanging up on me. Totally dissappointed!???? Read more
We sat there a very long time, hours say 10am we got there placed an order on the app and waited 30 minutes we drove around... employee was sitting outside and we asked if they were open he said not till 10:30. We sat there an extra 10 minutes and it wasjust a terrible place to be, parking lot was dirty. Clearly they don't care about customers. I ordered from the app and was told my food would be ready in 7 min, but we waited for over 30 min without any explanation. I... had to go in and ask after nobody answered when I pressed the button. Then when we got home with the food, the Order was allwrong. Instead of a double cheeseburger, we got two single burgers with no cheese, and instead of a super Sonic breakfastburrito with no sausage, I got a tortilla filled with cheese (and that's it). I paid $4 for a tortilla and cheese. And thecherry limeade with "extra cherries" just had a bunch of cherry stems. To top things off, when I texted the area manager withthis experience using the information printed on the receipt, I received an "invalid phone number error". Got my whole order wrong tryna call them all evening no answer tries to call the area director whos number is on the receipt... guess what phone number out of service!! Absolute garbage. Didn?t even serve food. Only had drinks available. Here to update my review. Decided to try it again a month... later. Didn?t have the food that the sonic commercials have been advertising for 3 weeks now. I sat at the drive thru window for20 minutes just waiting to get my order in (they said we will be back with you in a minute and they never came back so I had todrive up to the window) then sat another 15 waiting for my order to come out.
