Drive through attendant did not give me my change. I paid with a five and my total was 1.75 I believe. I normally tip but to... just keep that money without giving me the chance to is not OK it?s quite literally stealing. I have two more complaints that Iwouldn?t have gone out of my way to say but since I?m already leaving a review. I ordered a route 44 Diet Coke and it was notfilled up all the way he also gave me a small straw. I?m not asking for amazing customer service I?m just asking for the bareminimum. Provide me with the chance to tip on my own and give me all of the product that I paid for including the rightutensils. Read more

First time at this location and it was horrible. When the woman came across over the speaker for us to place our order, my... husband began by asking how she was doing today like any normal respectful person. There was no response so we figured it was atransmission problem and he said it again. Very rudely the woman responded ?Are you going to order or what?? At that point weshould have just left because of poor customer service. Once we got our food, it did little to redeem the experience. The onionrings weren?t burnt. The strawberry limeade tasted expired and extremely carbonated/syrupy, and the popcorn chicken was soggyand looked like it had been reheated several times. I?ve attached a picture of the burnt onion rings since that?s what we reallywere excited for. We ended up throwing the entire meal away along with $22 we could have spent somewhere else to get food. Wewill not be visiting this location again and we suggest the franchise owner look more closely at their employee?s attitudes andwork ethic. Read more

We sat for 45 min. They never brought our food out. We tried to be patient, but even when they brought our order they gave us... everything we did not ask for. We have never given a 1 star. Today was our first. We always look for the good, and try to beoptomistic, but when the staff just does what they want. What else can you do? If you have an opportunity to drive further Iwould visit an entirely different location. Read more

This location has really struggled with staffing issues, and while frustrated with Sonic Corporate, who have issues with their... app, this location has really improved recently. Daniell is a rock star in the drive through! She was so great working thespeaker and kept the customers moving smoothly, with no delays today. I hope management will build around that, recognizing herexcellent work and building a solid team around her example. Read more

This is a counter intuitive review. We ordered through the app, pulled into parking spot 15 minutes later, waited 35 minutes,... pushed the button and got told they were only taking drive-thru orders, explained that we ordered online, told that it was readyand would be right out, 3/4 of the order was wrong. This should be 1-star BUT there was a handwritten sign when we pulled insaying they were short-staffed and to be patient. Employees were great, most of the customers seemed like impatient jerks, andSonic needs to get their sh#t together to make sure their employees do not seem overwhelmed. Ordered mozzarella sticks and they were not cooked all the way cheese was hard very nasty, also got chili cheese tots and they... had definitely been left out for several hours very hard, I do not recommend coming to this location the lady taking my orderwas also very rude and short with me while I ordered she cut me off while I was ordering. Put an online order for pickup just to find they're only doing drive-thru and ended up waiting 20+ minutes for 1 item that... should have taken only 5 minutes top. Coming from someone who used to work at sonic, don't waste your time here. They'reanything but fast. Read more

Most of the ordering stalls are not working- these have a note on them. Ordered through the drive-thru speaker and waited... almost 30 minutes for some mozzarella sticks and a shake for my daughter. Finally, made it to the window to pay, only to findout that the shake was not placed in my order. Once handed, cup was all sticky with chocolate fingerprints all over.....nothappy at all.
