I was here 3 weeks ago, there was only 2 employees the time we went. The gentleman that took our order was very polite and did... his best. Though they were out of the slushie I wanted and we're unable to substitute cheddar cheese for a softer cheese, I gavethem five stars because of the employee's sincerity. Read more

Poorly ran. The past 3 times I?ve came their ice cream machine wasn?t working, then they weren?t serving slushees, and I?ve... experience very long waits. Today there was one car in drive through and myself waiting to order. it?s visibly a pretty slow 1pmon a weekday and the manager him self is talking with someone outside laughing and he has his headset in hand. After waiting forseveral minutes along with the car in the drive through, I had to step out and ask the manager if there was anyone takingorders. He ended the conversation with whomever he was speaking to and proceeded to go inside and begin taking orders. Not much of an atmosphere. You either like the food or you don't. I went for ice only. They took forever. I don't know how... many people are working, but telling a customer every now and then that you'll be out with their item shortly goes a long way. Food for thought. Read more

On Friday 8/26 between 5pm-10pm went through the drive thru and I was greeted by a lovely young by the name of Vickey. She was... very professional with excellent customer service experience, but things changed when another coworker came from behind her andstated speaking to her in a very unprofessional way. I felt so terrible for the young lady in how vulgar his words were towardsher. He didn?t even care that the window was open and I could hear everything that was being said. Come to find out that he wasthe assistant manager on duty, by the name of Chris. That was the most unprofessional representation that your store hasdisplayed. I was appalled by his behavior towards this young lady and towards me as the customer witnessing his behavior. I justdidn?t appreciate the experience I had at that store by a manager, an individual that should be leading by example. Read more

I?ve been to this sonic a few times now and it has gotten progressively worse. Nothing tops this last one though. Pulled up to... the drive up spot only and was immediately told that they were only doing drive thru orders. Fine. Seconds after that, I was metwith ?and we aren?t serving any food at all. It?s only slushies and drinks.? Fine. I get in the drive thru line just to get adrink. A ten minute wait at the drive thru speaker ensued with zero response. There were three cars in front of me for sodas andslushies. Either your night shift decided to all go on strike (3 employees there) mid food crisis or they didn?t want to workwhile their manager wasn?t there. Get it together. Read more

App order took nearly 20 minutes to bring out and that was AFTER calling them again to ask how much longer a drink and... mozzarella sticks was going to take. No other customers during this time and employee stated they thought someone else took ourorder out. There's only 2 of y'all in a room the size of a bedroom, how do you miss someone not taking out the one order youhave? This location has been pretty bad for a while, corporate should really look into removing this franchisee. Read more

Avoid like the plague. 10 out of 10 times something has been wrong with my order. If they weren?t the only place that sold tater... tots to go other than walking into a bar I would literally never try to go to this place. The person taking my order didn?t evenknow that the all-American hotdog was on the menu. Read more

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!! We love Sonics, but our experience this time at this place was Terrible!! We ordered 3 #11's, 5... piece, when we got to our destination and opened our food we were surprised ti find all 3 orders wrong, all had 3 piece chickenstrips, I called and spoke with "Ashley", she said she could only give us 1 5 piece to make up for the mistake because it showedonly 1 #11 was charged as a 5 piece! It didn't matter that our orders were 5 piece and it was between 10:10 to 10:20 and thatwas our dinner (we were helping a family member move) since breakfast, she was not very courteous, how can you mistake asuccinct order that was told 3 times!
