I've been a truck driver for the majority of the last decade, eating fast food all over the country. This is not just the worst... sonic location I've ever had the displeasure of visiting, it's the worst fast food store period. That I've visited in America.Doordashing now and I've been here six times in a few months. Each time was 1/10 level service. Just bottom of the barrel,horrible, dreadful service. Worked in the food service industry the entirety of my adult life. Never leave negative reviews onGoogle. Huge middle finger to this place, the owner, and everyone who works here. Incompetence or malice it's all the same.Literally the worst, spend your money anywhere else. Read more

I have been working near this Sonic for nearly six years. I try not to eat too much fast food, but when I splurge Sonic has... been my go to. I won't be going there anymore. This location had a manager, I think his name is Joe, who always knew my orderand was very personable. Joe's not there and it seems he took their competency with him. I have only been there five or sixtimes this year, but I have yet to receive a correct order. Today was a double bacon cheeseburger hold the tomato and addpickle....my burger had no tomato or pickles or bacon. I did not get the condiments I asked for and my tater tots were cold. This sonic takes forever. 3 times I have waited to place order and left cause they take forever. Who manages this sonic.. close... this sonic down or Improve service. After submitting this review I went ahead and read the other reviews. This bad/slowservice has been happening for the past 7 months and every bad review somebody maybe the owner post a response to call a 1-888number and when one calls it does no good. BRUH.. I ordered my food for pickup online 25 minutes before arriving. 10 minutes before someone responded from the speaker when I... parked. There was a lady who was just filling drinks then standing around. Turns out that was the manager. There was easily 15trays with just drinks piled up. One poor girl was running out the food and she was trying her best but it appears that she wasthe only person who cared about her job. I got my food 15 minutes after my pickup time. They deserve zero stars. I won't goback here and I don't recommend you waste your time unless you enjoy awful service. Read more

Employees have so much attitude. Gave me the whole completely wrong burger. Had to ask 3 times for Mariana sauce when I had... ordered mozzarella sticks. Shouldn?t be asking for that. Not coming back. This establishment has gone down hill. Read more

Ordered 2 sonic blast, one M&M and one Reeses with large order of tots. Waited 30 minutes and our sonic blasts came melted. By... that point just wanted to get out of there. Other reviews are correct in how bad the service is. Read more

O4/28/2022. Been waiting at stall 23 for almost an hour for two drinks. Time is 8:48pm as of this post. I even tried calling the... number to this place but it seems disconnected. I would leave but I already paid. Who is running this place? 9pm tried to speakto someone and complain only to be hung up on at the stall. Tried to get my order made but they refused to. I had already paidfor my order an hour ago. I backed out of the stall and spotted an employee. Not sure if she was the manager. I complain to herbut just tells me the system is down. So I say I already paid why can't you give my order. She said she can't see anything onthe screen. I then ask her why didn't she come to the stall and tell us this or offer any solutions at all. She just ignored meand walked off to speak to another customer so I angrily spead off.???????????????????????????????????? This is not customerservice. Unless your manager is brand spanking new I don't see how this should have happened like this. No care at all. You oweme 15 bucks or my two drinks. Truly pitiful performance. Read more
