Sold me a raw chicken sandwich. Remedied the situation pretty fast but this is unacceptable for any business that sells food.
So I pulled up to the drive thru window and there was no response for at least 5 minutes, I pulled up to the window because I am... in a truck that doesn?t fit in the stall, the girl working the drive thru window was still on her phone and didn?t even look uponce to see me waiting there. I circled back around since there were others in the drive thru now and she took my order. Iwasn?t even going to write this review because I am patient and totally understand having to wait because of shortage in staffand sometimes it just gets busy even though that had nothing to do with why I waited in the first place. Well when I pull up tothe window they couldn?t help me because I wanted to pay with my wallet on the sonic app, like isn?t that the reason for havingthe app. There is a portion on the checkout that lets you select drive thru, again because I couldn?t fit into a stall to orderotherwise I would of just done that from the beginning. It could of been a simple fix for two freaking ice creams but it wasapparent they were unwilling to do anything about it. Just reminds me why I don?t come to sonic anymore. Read more
I ordered a chocolate shake from them and when I took the first sip, it was all watery! I dumped it in a bowl and the bottom was... filled with water, it was absolutely disgusting!!! But they made sure to decorate the top with whipped cream and a cherry. Icouldn?t stop gagging ???? Read more
Every time I come here they always put WAY too much flavor add in. I can never taste the soda, only cherry.
We always come here. Tonight was pretty bad. We got wrong order and Oreo Sonic blast I ordered had no oreos, ice cream was... pretty melted and tasted sour. Read more
Here's the order they gave me..... not sure how an employee from there would react if they received something similar.
Ordered a chicken sandwich grilled for my daughter's meal and a large strawberry shake for myself. We got home and the sandwich... looked like it had been through the ringer. I did contact the regional manager as instructed by the receipt in case of a problemwith the order and he offered a full credit for the ticket we paid. Will give them another chance soon and show an update. Read more
Tried it twice, won't be back. First time Got food, tots tasted stale, sandwich was horrible ( couldn't eat it.) The second time...
