Order in the app. Chose to pick a stall to eat. When the food came out immediately noticed the drinks had very little ice. Asked... the carhop for ice & picante because there was no picante in the bag even though it was requested in the order. She came backwith the picante only. Asked for ice again and explained why. We were then faced with the most horrible attitude. When shereturned with the ice she handed it to my husband and we both said thank you and she did not reply just walked off. I thenrealized I was not given a "boba/burst" straw for the drink i ordered which can not be enjoyed without the special straw and weqere missing the cheese sauce that comes with the pretzel twist we ordered. Paid for a rt 44 cup of ice basically got a large the way they filled it. I only ordered 3 drinks and this cup of ice waited... over 20 minutes Update 8/14/22 stopped here again after shopping another horrible experience. Desiree is a horrible car hopordered three drinks didn't even bring a drink harrier rushed to hand me my things without giving me any time I was attemptingto hand my child his drink when she again said here's your order as if she didn't see me still trying to grab everything and getit in my car. If I could leave zero stars I would.. it?s is currently 630 pm and I went to sonic for a drink and they said they are closed ..... hours say open till 1 am.. there was no signs that stated they are closed .. this is ridiculous. My experience was not good. I ordered a #3 with chili cheese tots. I got a over cooked double meat and bacon burger. Very old... lettuce and tomatoes that I threw out. And no chili cheese tots, which I was looking forward too. Instead I got old dried upfries. The food definitely was not hot nor even warm. Sadly I did eat the meal, because after a long day of work I was starvingand didn't want to go back. And to my surprise no receipt in my bag. I would absolutely give 0 stars if I could. My entire food order was cold and over cooked at the same time. My buns were stale I... couldn't even eat it. I tried to call them because I live far and was passing by to order, but there's nobody even answeringphones. I need a refund of my entire order. Even the chocolate shake I ordered was disgusting. Worst experience ever here. The burger was gross and I've never had a bad burger here before today. They kept messing up my... side and rang up Motts instead of tots. Then when I told them I didn't want applesauce, I wanted tots apparently they thought Iwanted fries. Because that's what I ended up with. On top of not getting what I ordered, I decided just to accept it and leavebecause we had already held up the line with the Motts mistake- the fries were freaking old/cold. Got home and couldn't eveneat the first bite of burger. I spit it out and threw the rest away. The bun was hard and looked underbaked. But also soggy.. Idunno how that happens but it did. Also it had ketchup on it. I thought they only came with mayo? Unless they gave me the wrongfreaking burger too! At least I had mozzarella sticks, which were at one point removed from my order during this whole debacle.Also, I don't know if the system is broken because only the drive thru has been open for a couple of weeks or can't find enoughpeople to hire or what - but I hope this was just off day (order) for them.
