Ordered on the app 2 drinks 22 minutes later still no drinks. Buzzed them girl says oh yes diet cherry limeaid and coke zero.... that will be right out 5 minutes later guy brought out diet cherry limeaid and a sweet tea. Buzzed them back told them gave ussweet tea instead of coke zero. Girl brought out drink took to car next to us. He said did not order she took back in then cameback out with it brought to our car. She said sorry but she did not do our order.... was not sure if diet cherry limeaid wasdiet but if that is what we ordered then that is what we got. Told her we ordered coke zero and got a sweet tea. I NEVER take the time to write reviews for fast food but today I will. August 9 there were technical issues on the app so the... employee and manager at the time were able to figure out a solution. I then had to dispute something with sonic customer serviceto which again, they were able to help me quickly. Then I get a call later today from my local sonic to ask if I was taken careof and if I needed further assistance. I have NEVER had this type of prompt service at any other fast food so for that, SONICHAS MY 5 STARS! Read more
No stalls were working. Had to use drive through. ordered cinnamon minis and asked for sweet sauce for them when we ordered.... Had to drive around the retraunt once to get back in drivethru for the missing sauce. Good and drinks were awesome though. Read more
Ordered the Grill Cheese burger Double toasted sandwich and it was awful. The bread was very soft and the sandwich itself had no... flavor and was loaded in raw onions. I?ve come to this location for years and never had any issues until the past few months, the fried food every time has tasted... like old bad oil. This time not only was it the same issue but the entire order of tots was just in squished up scraps. Thequality of the food has really gone down hill. Read more
I have visted often and the staff was rude talking over me and telling me it was her job. Her name was Esmi. Looked like a... manager but was very rude. Then brings this greasy torn bag with 3 burgers large and medium o rings and they were both sosmashed that i asked her to bring me fresh. They need to be professional. The staff is always kind and in a great mood and ready to help. This is the only one out of the 3 over by us I like to got to.... They always have ice to buy which I like a lot in my freezer. Its always clean here too. Easy to get in and out of unlike theother two Sonics . Love the way they did the drive thru. And to make it even better they give a military discount!!! Bestlocation.
