Do I am currently sitting at this location at 10831 potranco road and have placed an order thru the app. 2 employees just told... me that they are closed and that I couldn't have placed the order because the app was shut down. Then was given 2 drinks that Ididn't order. Now they are preparing my order after sitting her for more than 30 minutes. If they are closed then why didn'tthey refund my order? I smell something fishy going on here. This place used to be awesome. Very customer friendly. I have beengoing to sonic for 35 years and never had a problem until now. I hope they get this crew into shape cause I will miss gettingmy cherry lime slushes. Read more
Last time my order was messed up but was craving a blast so thought I?d give a second chance. This sonic is trash, nasty parking... lot, not clean,disgusting. I got to drive thru last night 7/11/22 at 9:25. One car in front of me at the box. Finally got to thebox at 9:35 and was told be right with you. At 9:52, 17 minutes later i finally get the how May I help you. Then get told theyare out of ice cream no products. I mean really I waited almost 30 minutes from start to finish for that. Burnt chicken and potatoes crumbs. As soon as I opened the food and saw this I told my family not to touch any of it including... the drinks. Someone clearly does not like their job and who knows what they did to the food and drinks to contaminate it. Ireturned all of it to the restaurant promptly. Read more
This Sonic does not accommodate people with disabilities. If you are deaf they still make you go to the drive thru because they... don't hire enough employees and can't keep employees because they are over worked and short staffed. Also the employees wearflip flops to work and drink beer outside in the back. The app says order ahead but you get there and you can't go to a carport checkin so you have to go to the drive thru and wait 25 minutes for a drink. And if you order thru the app you can't get arefund or cancel your order. They should really just close this sonice down already. Read more

Avoid this place like the plague !! This place is a joke. This Sonic has easily become the worst in the San Antonio (I... wouldn't doubt if it's the worst entire country) So on 3 separate occasions this year today 9/30/22 being the most recent Ihave placed orders on the app and I drive to the restaurant park in a stall and pick them up All 3 times I have left the storeempty handed with no food because there whole order taking system Is down. It's really frustrating sitting there for 15-30minutes and not even be acknowledged! . You end up having to call the customer service and they have to process a refund. So II remember another time about 6 months ago I placed an order in the drive thru and it took a little under 30 minutes to get myfood. I understand they may be short staffed but but c'mon the service at this store is the absolute worst They should beashamed of themselves.
