Excellent service both times I've been there. Always fast with my in app order. Drinks are always correct and never over filled.
The ultimate meat and cheese burrito I got. Typically a fan of sonic, but this was just a little wild to me. It was omitted from... the order initially, then when given to me I get some poverty roll. Worst Sonic experience ever! Literally spent 40 minutes in Drive Thru. Drive Thru was the only option available. After... placing order, we were then asked 2 more times what we had ordered...only to recieve an incomplete order. Thankfully, wechecked bags before leaving window. Wish we had actually opened sandwiches before leaving! All three were incorrect! Spokewith 3 different people - at least one of the three was nice. Other 2 acted as if we were idiots! Read more
I don?t know why I go back to this location. Every time the drive through has such a wait line. Every time there is an issue... with my order. Out of onion rings. Out of medium cups. How do you burn a hotdog this bad? It?s like leather. Jesus get ittogether. Tried to call to get a refund or new hotdog. Ha they aren?t answering the phone of course. Avoid this location. Read more
I don't know why Sonic has a hard time with the quality of their food lately. It has been terrible. The hotdog I received today... was in half and burnt to where it felt like a beef jerky. My tater tots tasted very old and the hamburger buns were hard. Awaste of money and had to throw away. Read more
I love going to sonic but If I could give this Sonic a 0 Star review I would, I had called them 2x and both times I got no... answer asked for chicken club toaster with everything on it and I got it with nothing not even the bacon the chicken looked oldit was cold it look like it was left out for hours also ordered cheese sticks they were soggy and the tater tots where so coldthe sweet peach tea that I got with my order was just plain nasty the worst experience I ended up throwing away all of thefood it was not even edible ???????? All 3 chicken sandwiches we received were dry and tasted like old frying oil. The lettuce was wilted like they just microwaved... already made burgers and the bread was hard. The only fresh things were the tator tots.The manager was nice and so was ourserver so there's that.But probably not coming back to this location because all of our stomachs hurt now and would have beenbetter if we didn't come at all. I didn't know there breakfast prices went up. Ordered a breakfast toaster bacon extra crispy bacon meal. I young lady was very... friendly. I got my order drove off . My wife opened it and said WOW it looks awesome. She ate it was very impressed with themeal. Read more
