Sonic let us order cheeseburgers and tater tots and then when they deliver the food to the card they said they were out of... ketchup. The guy that delivered it though was really nice ran back in got us some salt and found three ketchup packets for us sothe customer service was good on that end. The tots are old looking and I was also charged for an extra drink. I also received an extra tot. I called to address this but... no one wants to answer the phone. I was handed my order and the guy was so quick he disappeared before I could even ask forketchup. How do I have this fixed ?? Read more
Worst Experience Ever! I spent over an hour for my food. I ordered my meal online with Onion Rings waited 30min. to get and open... it up no sauces and my onion rings were missing. When I told the boy my meal was incorrect her told me "oh we don't have onionrings" When I asked why I wasn't notified he tells men "Well thats what you got, and when I said I paid extra for a large onionrings so I should be able to choose a replacement." He tells me "to bad, that's what your getting." When I asked for a managerhe threw his hands up and said whatever and walked away." I pushed the intercom and waited. No reply. I waited so long it shutoff and I pushed it again. I kept trying to call the store no answer. Finally I call a online customer care number. They tell methat a manager will be out shortly. Finally a manager comes and tells me I'm sorry, I just got here and dont work at thislocation. Im just helping. She remade my meal with a proper replacement. I am told that Corporate will reach out to me from ladyon the phone and that I would be getting refund. A week later no calls and no refund. Will Never Go to this location again aslong as they keep that boy employed. Very Sad! Not how customers should be treated. Read more
Did a mobile order and when we tried to check in the women who answered just turned off her mic and didn?t speak clearly. We sat... there for about 20 minutes when we finally got our stuff my cookie dough blast had no cookie dough in it, I dug around the cupand there was maybe a pinch of cookie. My son?s limeade tasted like sparkling water mixed with sprite and ended up throwing itaway bc it didn?t taste right. Giving 2 stars only bc the man who was bring out orders was nice enough to come up to our car andlet us know we never checked in and then brought us out stuff out immediately after. Read more
Used to love coming here, I regret it every time now. My last 2 visits I l ordered on the app, arrived 5 mins after ordering... waited another 20 mins for my slush, yes one slush.... The time before was about the same wait for a slush and corn dog. If Icould buy a sonic slush machine I would.. going to miss them slushes thank you sonic for all the good memories. best of luck toy'all. This place has potential you just have to get there when the good staff is working. Went today 10/23 around 7pm and was served... by a gentleman with glasses and long dreadlike hair. Real nice when taking my family?s order and brought the food and treats outfresh!!! Whoever was working tonight was on point! I wish it was always this good. Don't bother. We sat in one of the bays for 15 minutes and never acknowledged us and then never answered their phones. As... someone in the service industry, I understand getting busy or being busy but an acknowledgment would have gone along way. I'drather drive an hour than go back to this location. Read more
