Another total fail by Sonic. Ordered & paid for 10 bags of ice, (on Tuesday) to be picked up at 9am Thanksgiving morning. I was... assured that someone would be there for pickup. Come that morning, we waited until after 10am, & no one showed up. Had to gofind ice elsewhere, for our event. This is at least the 5th time we've had a bad experience with Sonic, this year. I'm not sure how I feel about this the service was excellent but the order was wrong but the food was good all that was wrong... was I ordered tater th it's on both meals and got fries on one when I repeated tater tots 3 different times the food was hot andgood though then there was the single mint with 2 meals but savage like we ith no wrapper (pic) Read more
Worst fast food experience ever. I stopped at this Sonic on the way back from picking up my son from school. Pressed the button... and the girl sounded annoyed. Not sure why it didn't look very busy, I proceeded to place my order. 1 strawberry shake and akids meal for my son. Order was placed at 4:02. Drive hop girl seemed nice when she came 10 minutes later asking if I had a doordash order. I said no politely. She asked several other cars then she found the right one. Finally at 4:20 I pressed the buttonand asked politely if my food was still there. Just wanted to make sure the car hop didn't give it to wrong car and I waswaiting for nothing. The girl on the speaker said" well what did u order. I have alot of orders right now so just wait" 2minutes after that the car hop girls comes in very aggressive and does not say one word to me. Basically throws my food at me. Ihad been there long enough so I just left. I didn't drink my shake , because I had a bad feeling maybe they did something to it.My son was happy that we waited over 20 minutes and his food was not hot so he could eat right away. Lol. I usually go hear at night. Food is up to par with Sonic. They seem very understaffed (at least during this shift). It always... takes way too long to get food at the drive thru. It shouldn't be that long of a wait just for 2 drinks Read more

Literally sat in the drive-thru for almost an hour. We got our drinks and by the time we got our food the drinks were watered... down. Either severely shortstaffed or just slow. Hard to explain to toddlers why a fast food please takes as long as a dine inrestaurant. Just disappointing. Read more
I came to sonic and the stalls were open so that was awesome and then I accidentally messed up my own order on the app and the... manager came out and delivered me a burger how I actually wanted it. I didn?t have any cash to tip her. The car hops were bothreally sweet also and I wish I could?ve tipped the manager. But I will next time and I was a little scared to come to sonic butthis experience was awesome thank you. Service is trash, don?t waste your time here. Realized my drive thru order was wrong when I got home so I came back through the... drive thru only to be cut off by the girl at the speaker post. Finally at the window all she did was open it, hand me the newbag saying ?here you go? and closed it. No apology, no chance for me to say anything. No customer service at all Read more
